Demon Fingers are a rare drop which can only be used at the Curse Market to exchange for other items, typically keys, cloaks, and weapons. Demon Fingers are used at the Curse Market to exchange for other items. You can earn powerful items by exchanging Demon Fingers - although often you'll need three or four Demon Fingers for a decen🅷t cloak or weapon.
Demon Fingers are also a useful trading item - they can be exchanged with other players via the Trade Hub as they are considered valuable items. Demon Fingers may often be referred to as Sukuna Fingers in the world chat, but these are the same thing.
To trade, simply chat with another player and use the🐷 /trade command in the chat.
