Roblox has been down for more than 24 hours and fans have started trying to blame the Chipotle promotiꦇon, something which Roblox has denied.

Yesterday, Roblox reported that its servers had 🐻been down all-da🔴y across all platforms and that it was looking into the issues, claiming that some players were slowly regaining access. As of the time of writing, the servers are still down and have been for more than 24 hours. In response, Roblox players are starting to blame the Chipotle Halloween promoti♒on.

Earlier this week, Roblox announced that it 🥃was partnering with Chipotle for a Halloween themed virtual restaurant that players could visit and earn real-life burritos for being there within a certain number of people. Because of the timing of the server outage, players have started trying to blame Chipotle and the increased number of players who were simply trying to win burritos.

Players took to social media to start trying to pin the blame on burritos, saying things like "Me rn because I can't play roblox over a burrito", "ROBLOX SERVERS DIED OVER A BURRITO PROMOTION WITH CHIPOTLE AND IM LOSING IT". Beyond the idea that more players might be on Roblox to try and claim the burritos and the unfortunate timing of the event, it's not really clear why gamers are jumping to blaming Chipotle, but they certainly are anyway.

, whilst also dismissing the rum⭕ours of Chipotle being at fault for the outage. It said, "Still making progress on today’s outage. We&rs𒅌quo;ll continue to keep you updated. Once again, we apologize for the delay. We know that this outage was not related to any specific experiences or partnerships on the platform."

How is Chipotle reacting to all of the blame being shifted its way? Well, it doesn't seem to be all that fussed about being the martyr for Roblox going down, "Miss u roblox". At least it's taking the chaos well.
