Hi-Rez Studios' new team-based shooter 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Rogue Company shares some familiar gameplay mechanics with other mainstays of the genre, while also tweaking and changing a few things to better suit its smaller team sizes. Here's a breakdown of 𒁃each mode that is currently available during the c🍬losed beta.
Demolition
Billed as Rogue Company's "premier competitive mode", Demolition is a 4v4 game mode that should seem familiar to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Counter-Strike veterans. The attacking team must plan🌳t a bomb at one꧂ of two locations, while the defending team must stop them.
After planting the bomb, attackers must stop it from being defused for 40 seconds. Unlike CS, the bomb's timer pauses while it's being defused, which is slightly more advantageous 🍸for defenders. Outside of bomb planting and defusing, it's also possible to win the round by killing everyone on the enemy team.
Emphasizing the faster pace of Rogue Company, matches are only first to seven wins. At the start of the seventh round, the attacking and defending teams switch. This means that you'll alw🍌ays play at least one round as an attacker and defender, even if the enemy team loses every round. All players can select their rogues again when the teams switch, and their money is reset back to the starting amount.
Players start with $🌌5000 to spend on weapons, equipment, and perks. This generally limits you to your starting secondary weapon, since primary guns cost $8000. Most of the money you earn comes from killing enemies and completing your team's objective. It's only possible to spend money for the brief opening period during each round, where you wait on the airsᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚhip before diving onto the actual map.
Strikeout
As the casual counterpart to demolition, Strikeout is a more ag🎃gressive game mode that mixes team deathmatch with king of the hill. Both teams have a limited amount of respawns (known as tickets), and once a team is wiped out, the round is over.
Strikeout is another 4v4 mode, and most mechanics are carried over from💃 demolition. You still buy at the start of each round — though you have $12000 to spend from the get go — and each rogue has the same set of weapons, equip♉ment and perks.
One main change﷽ affects abilities that normally don't recharge in the middle of a round, as they now become available 🔴again after one minute. Players also bleed out faster when downed compared to demolition, so you have much less time to save them.
For each round, a new objective is chosen. Standing in that area for three seconds uncontested will capture it, allowing your t🌳eam to whittle down the opponent's tickets. When in control of th🌸e objective, the enemy team will lose one ticket every 30 seconds. If a team has no tickets left, and does not control the objective, they will lose the round after 30 seconds.
Rounds are limit🌜ed to five minutes, and the match i🍒s over after one team wins three rounds. The time limit ends up being irrelevant for most matches, as fighting over the objective usually causes teams to lose tickets quickly.
