Amazon may be 🥂launching its own game stre𝓡aming service in the near future, according to a report from .
With popular multimillion dollar technology companies Google, Microsoft, and Sony creating and developing their own major contenders in the video game streaming service wars, it only seems natural that Amazon will be joining in on the fun. After all, Amazon is already a major retailer for video games and video game consoles. The company also owns a platform all too familiar to gamers, Twitch.
The CNET report learned from two sources familiar with Amazon's work that the company will be announcing its own unique video game streaming service sometime next year. Apparently, the company has already recꦺruited experts from Microsoft to help♈ with the launch and hired workers for an undisclosed "new initiative" within Amazon's Web Services team. Additional sources have claimed the team is heavily involved in the development of the rumored future gaming service.
Sources also claim that job postings for the new initiative featured language hinting that the service in development would integrate it🐷s content with Twitch, possibly resulting in a collaboration between the two powerful gaming corporations.
One line pulled from a recent job posting hinting at the hypothetical streaming service read, "We believe the evolution that began with arcade communities a quarter at a time, growing to the live streams and e-sports of today, will continue to a future where𓆏 everyone is a gamer and every gamer can create, compete, collaborate and connect with others at massive scales." Another line in multiple reported postings also disclosed that Amazon is looking to "drive innovatꦆive new use cases like machine vision and game streaming."
Unfortunately at this time, none🦂 of the informa💎tion or an official announcement about the video game streaming service has been confirmed by Amazon.
However, if these rumors are true, Amazon will be the fourth major company to produce its own video game streaming service. Sony's PlayStation Now has been available for some time now, Google's Stadia launched last week to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:mixed reviews, and Microsoft's Pr🃏ojectꦯ xCloud is set to release next year.
