The Store, where Xbox One owners browse and purchase digi🌱tal content, is reportedly getting a makeover. Further, a preview of the new Xbox Store has leaked and, if accurate, the new marketplace aims to appear sleeker than ever.

According to , the new Xbox Store has been codenamed "Mercury" and has allegedly been victim to image leaks. Further, the leaked images come from , a Russian Windows site. The images illustrate the new Xbox Sౠtore is crisper than all that we've seen so far.

The images, which were taken on a PCꦅ, can be s🍰een below.

The images above demonstrate that, while the panel setup will carry over, there is a neon glow to highlight🌺 whichever panel has been selected. Further, as Windows Central notes, the panels are no longer squared-off and have different text, akin to what is seen on the Xbox app.

As it stands, however, there has been no official confirmation that📖 this will be the new Xbox Store.

It 🅰could be possible that the new "Mercury" design is a way of readying for the Xbox Series X, which may given the Xbox Store a new makeover as well. Or, perhaps the alleged "Mercury" design will carry over. Whatever the case may be, we'll have to wait and see what lies ahead for the Xbox Store and future updates.
