Anyone who is unfamiliar with Rust and how it operates will almost immediately find themselves incapacitated, or at least at the wrong end of a loaded gun. It's perhaps one of the most beginner-un-friendly indie games on the market and even veteran players can sometimes struggle to get a leg up on their competition after each wipe.

How To Use CCTV Codes
By using a Computer Station and entering some fancy codes on a CCTV monitor, you'll be able to peer through a video camera and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:assess a potential looting spot before stepping foot outside your protecti꧅ve bubbꦗle.
You can only use CCTV Codes if you have access to a Computer Station, but once you do, you'll have visual access to a variety of Monuments spread across the map.
The CCTV Codes won't let you spy on the base of another player (and you can't hack into their security system) but having any form of intel over your oꦿpponents is massive in Rust, especially when it comes 🍌to positioning on the map.
To access the bevy of CCTV Cameras located at the monuments, enter any of the following codes:

Codes |

Airfield |

Bandit Camp |

Large Oil Rig |

168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Rust: Tips For Playing Solo
Rust c๊an be a tough survival game, and here are helpful tips to tack💞le its world solo while contending against groups of other players.
How To Get A Computer Station
While the codes are useful, they're worthless if you don't have a Computer Station to use them with. There are two ways to snag a Comput🌱er Station: by buying one or crafting it. Purchasing one from the Out🌌post will set you back 300 scrap (it only costs 75 scrap if you can find the appropriate parts).
The condition of your server and when the last wipe was will help determine if you should save up scrap to buy one or go on the arduous task of making your own. If you've already been playing for a while, you likely have some (if not all) of the parts you'll need.
Making a Computer Station requires the following:
- Workbench Level 2
- 75 Scrap
- 1 x RF Broadcaster
- 1 x RF Receiver
- 5 x High-Quality Metal
- 1 x Targeting Computer
Of these items, the two biggest issues are the Targeting Computer and the High-Quality Metal.
Thanks to a 2017 update, High-Quality Metal is nearly impossible to find inside rocks via normal mining, and the easiest way to collect it is by using a Mining Quarry.
The Targeting Computer can't be crafted, you'll have to find one yourself by looting helicopter crash sites, lootboxes, and airdrops.
This means venturing out into the wilderness where there's a threat of attack from other players, so be sure to tread with caution.
How To Make An ID
Before you can use your Computer Station and enter codes (or set up your own CCTV system), you'll need to create an ID.🌃 To do🐓 so, right-click on the Computer Station and select the Set ID command.
Make sure to keep a record of whatever you create, as the password will be needed for anyone to access the station (and also helps keep unwanted players from lookin💜g at your cameras).
It's also important to note that you'll need some kind of power source to get your Computer Station up and running. Make sure you have a Wind Turbine, Small Generator, or Solar Panel nearby.
How To Set Up Your Own CCTV
The Computer Station isn't just for checking 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the⛎ cameras m🐎ounted around each Monument; it's also capable of controlling your own private CCTV system. To do this, you'll first need to locate your own cameras.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to craft these and the only way to snag them is to find them in Elite Military Loot Crates.
You'll also need to snag three other items:
- 1 x Wire Tool.
- 1 x Splitter.
- 1 x Switch.
These items can be found in crates. It shouldn't be difficult to find them all if you do enough looting.
Once you've gathered the necessary materials, you can move around your base and mount the CCTV cameras where you please. You're free to add as many as you'd like.
Cameras are stationary, so be sure to point them toward the area you wish to see. They'll also need to be connected to a power source with at least five volts of energy.
Once you've done that, the last step is to link the CCTV camera itself to the Computer Station.
