There's nothing quite like 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a good co-op game to sit and play with a good buddy. The developers of the series saw the fun aspect of co-op and added it to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the series with Saints Row 2. This enables two friends to team up together to rip Stilwater and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:its criminal gangs a new one in a variety of different ways, including Saints Row 2's missions.
Co-op in Saints Row 2 helped make difficult missions easier, and some of the more fun missions even more of a blast to play through. Co-op helped make these following missions all the better and easier for you and a buddy. Note that this only includes story missions, no 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:side activities in the game as they're not proper story missions.
10 🐭 Salting The Earth...Again 🐼
The second to last mission for the Ultor corporation, Salting The Earth... Again sees the Boss try𓄧ing to kill several Ultor executives aboard a yacht. The number of enemies to take on can be a lot to handle alone, but the real issue here is the ride to the yacht.
Ultor will send a helicopte𓆏r after you that has lock-on missiles that can be tough to dodge. With a second player around, the helicopter will only be able to go after one of you. Once the two of you get to the yacht, enjoy massacring several corpora꧅te executives that are always trying to screw you over.
9 🐻 Bank Error In Your Favor ꦓ
Payback can be satisfying, and this mission against the Brotherhood gang sees you get it against Jessica — the girlfriend of the Brotherhood's leader and the one behind Carlos's death. You mainly have to deal with a ton of cops as you take Jessica hostage at a bank and then take a drive to the college while having cops on you constantly.
Much like with Salting The Earth... Again, a buddy helps lighten the load and provides a second person to focus on the cops. Playing this mission in co-op ensures there's a way to keep Jessica's car, which cannot be obtained normally.
8 The Siege
After stealing a weapon shipment from the Brotherhood, the Saints decide it's time to assault the Brotherhood's main base (which you had seen earlier in the Brotherhood storyline). The assault is every bit as intense as it is hyped up to be and is made even more fun with a buddy to try out 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the weapons you just received.
There are Brotherhood gangsters everywhere and having an extra set of eyes can help lessen the damage you take during this mission. There is also a challenging boss fight with Maero at the end where he wields a mini-gun that can shred your health. Someone could help draw Maero's withering fire away while the other focuses on damaging him.
7 Showdown
The finale mission for the Brotherhood, Showdown sees the Boss go up against Maero in a monster truck, along with other Brotherhood members in smaller trucks of their own. You have a large open area to give you and a friend space, but taking 🥂on a💮ll the vehicles is a tough endeavor.
With co-op, the experience is made easier since you have some help as opposed to doing Showdown normally. Much like with the Siege, one person can focus on a set amount of enemy trucks while the other can focus on Maero and any other trucks that might get in the way. Once Maero is finished, the two of you can enjoy finally ave🌼nging Carlos together.
6 🧜 Riot Control ♌
This Sons of Samedi mission sees you protect Shaundi and Pierce as they try to load crates of Loa Dust onto a truck. But you'll have to deal with a legion of junkies who were given permission from the Samedi to keep any drugs they retrieve.
The junkies are not too much of a pro🉐blem in the warehouse, but they do become an issue when you have to escort the truck back to the hideout. So✱metimes it feels as though they overwhelm you, and a buddy playing co-op with you can help lighten the load.
5 S🌳hopping Maul ꦑ
Another finale mission, the Shopping Maul mission sees you and Shaundi ambush the Samedi's leader outside the shopping mall and then chase him around in said mall.
The Samedi will come at you with everything they've got, which includes protecting the general in a humvee loaded with a mini-gun. Even with Shaundi, it is a lot for one person to handle. A friend provides an extra hand to revive you when you're down and can distract the other Samedi gangsters while you focus on the general's vehicle. Playing in co-op is the only way you can obtain the general's unique limo so be sure to have a buddy with the game if you wish to do that.
4 Rest In Peace ඣ ✅
Possibly the darkest mission in the game, Rest In Peace will see you and Gat defend themselves against Shogo Akuji after he crashes Aisha's funeral with several Ronin, interrupting Gat's moment of grief. The two of you can enact righteous justice against Shogo by wiping out his Ronin together before finally taking him down.
Plus it is good to have a friend comfort you after the two of y💞ou help Gat bury Shogo alive👍 as punishment. He was a jerk, sure, but did he really deserve such a fate?
3 One Man's Junk
Now that the son is out of the way, it is time to deal with Shogo's father, Kazuo — the leader of the Ronin. One Man's Junk has another annoying helicopter launch explosive barrels at you until you reach the boardwalk and have to deal with several Ronin.
The two of you will have to face the Ronin's last stand together as you eventually finish off Kazuo on an array of traditional Chinese boats, and truly avenging Aisha and bringing Gat peace.
2 🍃 ...And A Better Life 🧸
What a way for Saints Row 2 to end. This mission will see the two of you try to finally finish off Ultor's big boss in Dane Vogel, who has been a thorn in the Saints' side for much of the game. Ultor will also unleash the full force of their security on you as you chase him through the Saints Row neighborhood and into the Phillips building, the large building in the district — needless to say, this is where a friend playing co-op will come in handy.
Having🌜 a friend will help make things a bit mꦕore fun and easier as the two of you work together to solidify the Saints as the ones in charge of Stilwater.
1 🅘 Revelation
The worst kind of pain is betrayal, and Saints Row fans certainly felt that after it's revealed that Julius, the leader of the Saints in the first Saints Row, was the one responsible for trying to blow you up and wiped out the original Saints in the process. After unlocking the mission, the two of you will confront Julius at the church in Saints Row, where you first joined the Saints.
But it's a setup — Dex, another Saint turned traitor, lured you and Julius there in an attempt to kill you. From here your buddy can help fend off the Ultor Masako teams and ease the stress of the pursuit from the church to the amphitheater (which is a good drive away) as you deal with helicopters, pursuing vehicles, and roadblocks. Finish off the assassins to watch Julius express his lack of regret before finally putting the old man to rest.
