Masahiro Sakurai wil🧸l be ending his weekly Famitsu𒉰 column by the end of next month, according to a reliable translator.

Although most gamers know Masahiro Sakurai thanks to his involvement in Super Smash Bros. and its big reveals, game development is far from the only thing he works on. Sakurai has also been writing a weekly column for Famitsu since 2003, discussing things in the gaming industry and often giving more detail🐈 on his work with Super Smash Bros. Well, it seems that could be coming to a close by "🌊;this time next month".

The news comes courtesy of PushDustIn, who regularly translates entries from Sakurai's column onto Twitter. It's not clear where PushDustIn has got this information from as there's no recent Sakurai column to pull it from, but PushDustIn has been accurate in the past especially regarding translating the columns.

, PushDustIn said, "Sakurai will have 2 more columns. So by this time next month, Sakurai's Famitsu Columns will come to an end. He's been writing them since 2003".

If this information is true, then it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. Sakurai has previously said that he'd be interested in ending the weekly column after the final Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC character is unveiled to the world. He said, "I am thinking of ending this column a while after releasing all the DLCs for the Smash Brothers SP. Within this year, in any case. I won't be retiring from the game industry completely though".

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:With Sora being announced♉ earlier i☂n the week, it seems that the time has come for Sakurai to get some well-deserved rest. It's been made pretty clear that Sora is the final piece of content to come to Smash Bros. for the foreseeable future, which means that Sakurai is likely taking some rest too.

As stated above, it's not likely that Sakurai is retiring or leaving the gaming industry altogether, and seems to be simply taking a little break until his next project. What that will be, or if there even is a next project, remains to be seen.
