Updated June 22, 2023 By Matthew Mckeown: Until the next round of big updates bring more toys into the game, once you unlock everything and hit those high-tier buildings there's not really much else to do in Satisfactory. Whilst there is a ton of customization to tinker with as you disappear down the efficiency rabbit hole, it can be more fun to mess with the game and give it a fresh coat of paint with some mods.
The devs have been incredibly supportive of their modding community and there are a number of methods for modifying your game as well as variety in the types of add-ons you can install. There's everything from the complex and intricate like new power management options, to the simple and fun like quality of life improvements or reskins. To keep you on top of the latest and greatest mods making the rounds in the community pages, here are some more of the best mods for Satisfactory.
15 🌊 Kaia’s Lamps And Lights
There are some basic options for lighting in the base game for Satisfactory. Whilst you can recolor your lamps, when it comes to smaller-scale stuff your choices are a little limited and there isn't much to put that office space touch in your factories.
For those looking to make things a little more cozy, is a good choice. This neat add-on provides a selection of Avante-garde lighting options in the form of artsy-looking lamps. They're perfect for making your rooms look more lived whilst also providing a nice bit of brightness that isn't cast by retina-burning fluorescent bars high above your head. Plus, the mod itself isn't too tricky to install and get running, which is great if your game is already heaving with modifications.
14 ꦆ Circuitry - Logic Gates & More
Previously known as WireMod, '' is a great modification and a generally good quality of life improvement for Satisfactory. This intricate addon provides logic gates for improved automation, better sign interactions, string modifiers, and a suite of sensors that will let you customize and enhance your efficiency levels through the roof.
It's perfect for those that enjoy constantly tinkering with their layouts. Plus, packaged inside this mod is the ability to place screens on, or make them linked to, various machines. So you can monitor power levels, item amount stats, build speeds, and more with just a glance. Which makes the constant process of keeping on top of your factory's efficiency levels so much smoother and easier. It's a must-have for those looking to min-max their industry stats.
13 𝄹 Tractor Power Generator
Tractors get a bit of a bad rep in Satisfactory. Their inventory is small, they're not too fast, and they have some fun collision quirks that can sometimes send you skyward like a rocketship out of nowhere. To make them more useful, try the mod.
This unique modification allows you to transform this humble industrial transport into a portable power generator, crafting bench, and inventory space with just a button press. Though it can only churn out a pitiful 70W, it's still handy to have if you're out in the wild and have no crafting parts for a biomass burner for power. Plus, you can wire up a couple of them to boost your power reserves in a pinch. It's not majorly game-changing, but it's a handy addition to have.
12 🐽 Skin It - Train Skins
Give your rolling, rumbli🎶ng railways a proper ❀locomotive look with the mod from the Skin It collection. This neat little cosmetic addon lets you reskin your trains, tracks, and roads to make them look a bit more unique.
There are classic steam engine skins, modern electrics, old freights, and passenger cars to make it look like your factory is funneling passengers around. It's easy to get going and each of the skins are relatively cheap to make so you're not digging too deep into your resource stockpiles whilst redecorating your railways and roads.
11 ♒ No Radiation 🅰
If there's one thing that's the bane of many and a death knell for factories is radiation. Though only an issue if you mess with Uranium and Nuclear Power Plants, it doesn't take much to accidentally irradiate your factory floor and render important areas unlivable. Thankfully that's not an issue with the mod.
It's pretty self-explanatory, but this sweet add-on essentially switches off the damage stats of items that either give off radiation or were in a contaminated spot long enough to become irradiated. Since you can't get rid of those unhealthy barrels of Nuclear Waste this mod makes messing around with the late-game power options a little less stressful as leaks become less lethal.
10 Smart!
is essentially the Swiss Army knife of factory♎ building. With tons of nifty features, you can build your humongous factory of dreams, without the tedium of painstakingly placing single piec𝓰es of machines, mergers, and foundations.
As you might have already faced 💃in the latter tiers of Satisfactory, the scale of🐼 the factories grow astronomically. Smart is one way, if not the best way, to take on that challenge without losing your sanity while placing hundreds of machines. Besides, half the fun should be working out unexpected design flaws and improving efficiency!
9 🍨 Refi🌱ned Power
If🦩 you felt strapped by the power options of Satisfactory, showers you with a few more choices, ranging from early-game windmills to late-game Dyson Sphere and Arc reactors. As power o💟ptions can be quite limited, having variety is its own reward.
Your first few hours in Satisfactory can feel sluggish constantly having to refuel Biomass burners. Early game upkeep is a pain we all eventually outgrow. Fortunately with Refined Power, you can ut💮ilize wind and water turbines while you grind your way🌃 to using coal power.
8 MK Plus
, the "MK++" mod, address a very specific problem that every pioneer faces in the mid to late-game period, which is the 🧜need to build lots and lots of smelters, constructors, assemblers, and what not to feed a particular production line.
MK Plus cuts that number innumerably by introducing new machines with increased production while balancing them by 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:ramping up their energy consumption and build cost. I🔜f you are struggling with frame rates in the late game, this mod might be right up you꧂r alley.
7 Ficsit F🤡arming
Has exploiting Massage-2(A-B)b’s resources made you feel guilty, or do you simply want a touch of farm sim side-by-side with your super-efficient automation empire? Either way, t🥃hose needs and 🍨concerns are covered with the .
Ficsit Farming introduces agriculture to ဣthe game with 14 new machines, dirt nodes, seeds, and fertiliꦺzers. There are even ranching features for all lizard doggo lovers.
6 ꦇ Linear Motion
Have you ever wondered why the game has conveyor lifts for items, but no such thing for pioneers and vehicles? The has a whole array of elevators made fཧor pioneer✤s, factory carts, and other vehicles. They also include customizable speed and floor stops.
You can potentially make a factory straight out of Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory. The options are limitless. If you want a factory entirely navigatable by vehicles, this mod🐎 fits the bill perfectly.
