Sega is going to announce a brand new RPG at the Tokyo Game Show. This comes on the , which lists the Sega Nyu show coming at 10 PM JST on October 1༺.
"Sega's game news variety show 'Sega Nyu' TGS special program, we will deliver information on the latest titles of Sega and Atlas,” reads the site (with translation provided by Google). “We are also planning to announce 'SEGA's new RPG.’"
What could Sega&rsquoꦫ;s new RPG be? No idea. Sega hasn’t provided any information, with Sega’ꦓs social media mostly taken up by the impending release of Lost Judgment.
There are quite a few possibilities. Given it's both a Sega and Atlus panel, we could get a new Shin Megami Tensei or Persona announcement. Or we might get something more Sega-branded, like Phantasy Star 5, Yakuza 8, Valkyria Chronicles 5, or a new Sakura Wars game. We’ll have to tune in on October 1 to find out.
