Matsubara was no stranger to the gaming industry, having spent years at other major companies before his time at Sega. Sega Sammy Holdings — the parent company of Sega Games — reported an in🅷crease in value at the end of their fiscal year, showing that the company has made strides in the right direction. However, it rema🥀ins to be seen whether this trend will continue as strongly in the future after the loss of Matsubara.
