Sega was relatively quiet at this year's E3. Well, other than the blockbuster announcement that we can now buy Sonic-themed pizza cutters, of course.

E3 is now over for another year, and despite rumblings that the conference isn't what it used to be, we thought this year's offering was pretty darn newsworthy. The highlights of the extended weekend, for us at least, were the first trailer for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Avengers A-Day, the long-awaited reveal of a release date for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy VII Remake, and the announcement that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Banjo-Kazooie are coming to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Smash Ultimate.

One of the reasons some gamers have become disillusioned with E3 is due to some heavy hitters choosing to abstain from the event this year. PlayStation didn't have any presence at the conference this year, while EA's contribution was negligible. Plus, as we eagerly await any sort of details regarding 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Grand Theft Auto 6, Rockstar Games continues to no-show E3.

Sega was there as always, but you would be forgiven for not even noticing. The gaming stalwart didn't exactly have much to showcase at this year's E3. In fact, as reported by , the highlight of Sega's conference was the unveiling of a Sonic The Hedgehog pizza cutter. Hardly groundbreaking stuff. Sega revealed its new product at its boot🦄h while handing out🙈 slices of pizza.

We might be being a little tough on Sega here, as is shown by where exactly they were slicing up pizza with their fancy new cutters. Yes, it was at their own booth, but it went hand-in-hand with the chance for gamers to give Mario and Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games a whirl. In truth, that was the real big Sega announcement at E3, although Nintendo deserves most of the credit for that for o🔥bvious reasons.

Sega unveiling Sonic-themed food prep items at E3 is starting ꩲto become something of a tradition. This time last year, it gave blue hedgehog fans the chance to buy Sonic toasters. If you own one, and you want to add the new pizza cutter to your growing Sonic kitchen set, you can do so by paying a visit. The utensil will set you back $16.95.
