The story of FromSoftware and frame rates has been one of frustration, from Blighttown to Bloodborne. Everyone complains about Bloodborne, which runs at a locked 30fps. There are even unofficial patches that can let the game run🐼 at 60fps, but these aren't endorsed by FromSoftware. The fact that Bloodborne is going to be 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:part of the PlaySt💫ation Plus Collection gives fans hope that a 60fps upgrade is in the works on PS5. But what abou♚t Sekiro?
Xbox Series X preview units have been sent out to different people and Jeffrey Grubb of GamesBeat has received one of the systems. In Grubb's hands-on impressions video, he demonstrates the power of the Xbox Series X through its backward compatibility upgrades. During the demonstration, he shows Sekiro running at a locked 60fps. By comparison, the Xbox One X can🤡 only run the gam༺e at around 30-40fps.
Not all games will benefit from this upgrade, as some titles have their frame rate locked by ꧒developers. An example of this is No Man's Sky, which still runs at 30fps on Xbox Series X. It's possible that developers will upgrade their older games to account for the new hardware in the future, however.
Sekiro is already an incredible game, but as Grubb pointed out🌠, the smoother frame rate is a huge improvement and could prompt many people to want to experience the game again.
Theꦯ Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S will be available on November 10,🐲 2020.
