Preparing For Naamah

You'll be battling a level 18 opponent, but we recommend aiming for around level 20-21 before heading into the conflic🧸t. Broadly speaking, Shin Megami ꦓTensei 5: Vengeance's fights are surely winnable at matching levels, but a little boost never hurts.

Naamah's innate skill, Qadištu Deception, increases Accuracy and Evasion for all Qadištu allies. In this case, that means... well, only Naamah. But it's something to beꦡar in mind, regardless.

Your biggest concern is undoubtedly Capitulate to Pleasure. This is a party-wide spell with a high chance of inflicting Charm, and it's boosted by Naamah's rather terrifying +7 affinity. In other words, the odds are against your team whenever it st🌳ri💜kes.

Anyone with a weakness to dark-type attacks should be left behind, and most importantly, you must ensure that the Nahobino's current affinity doesn't include this weakness.

Better yet, see if you can imbue the Nahobino with an essence that blocks or even absorbs dark-type attacks. Your choices on the latter may be quite lꦆimited at this stage, but 💖the former is doable.

Battling Naamah

To begin with, we recommend bringing Yoko Hiromine along. She's got two big draws. First, she can use items, so you're doubling your capability in that regard. Second, Yoko is strong to dark attacks.

Since Naamah's only non-dark attack is Life Drain, you're effectively bolstering your defenses considerably through Yoko. If your Nahobino shares a dark resistance, you're far likelier to survive with relative ease.

Naamah is resistant to most attack types, and somewhat surprisingly, she isn't weak to light. (She takes regular damage from it.) Her sole weakness is physical attacks, so Take-Minakata and similar demons will have a field day.

This also means that you should have the Nahobino spam Aramasa, an eight-hit exclusive move from the Aogami Type-1 husk. This will be onಞe of your major sources of damage, and quite likely, your f🐲irst and foremost.

Have your Magatsuhi gauge tapped into through the standard-issue critical-increasing Omagatokori to pump up Aramasa. Keep someone around with Media and Me Patra if you can find them, or Dia and Patra, otherwise.
