, a very quick but long-awaited announcement was made foဣr a Silent Hill remake. That announcement only showed a splash screen saying "Silent Hill in development" alongside Bloober Team and Konami's logos, but it's clearly going to be a remake of the first game.

The biggest 🍌clue towards this is that the theme song for the first Silent Hill was played when the splash screen confirming the project was shown. It's a little strange that Bloober went with remaking the first game over moving onto the third, but it now seems likely that it'll eventually end up doing all three entries in the classic trilogy.
