Kato plays Hinako Shiminizu, the schoolgirl who has been the focus of everything we have been shown from Silent Hill f so far. I’ve been living as Hinako in the world of Silent Hill for a lon🔴g time now. On some days, I almost felt my own sanity slipping, but it was worth 𓆉it to be able to contribute to this game - Konatsu Kato.

Kato's voice and likeness are used in Silent Hill 💖f. That presumably means some motion capture was involved, so for periods during the game's development, Kato would have quite literally been pretending to walk through, and in some cases be brutally killed in, the new Silent Hill game's terrifying take on 1960s Japan. My sanity will be tested when I play it later this year, so to have effectively lived in it, I can understand why the project must have been a challenging one to see through to the end
