Following the Silent Hill transmission from last night, fans of the series have been given plenty to tentatively look forward to, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:including a remake of Silent Hill 2, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a new game called Silent Hill: f, and a mult𒈔iplayer experience called Silenꦅt Hill: Ascension. Despite having fo👍ur confirmed games on the horizon, fans have been quick to point out one rumoured title that was absent from the showcase entirely - Silent Hill: The Short Messa🌟ge.
As we reported last month, an unannounced title called Silent Hill: The Short Message popped up on the South Korean ratings board. Fans were quick to speculate that this was some kind of PT-esque short demo that'd go along with whatever other Silent Hill games eventually popped up, so they were quick to notice when it was completely missing from the showcase yesterday.
Although this might make you assume that The Short Message was just an unsubstantiated rumour, we know from the fact that it's been given a rating by an official ratings board that exists in some capacity. Several insiders have come out to speak on the game's existence, although the reports are a bit conflicting, with some believing that it might have been cancelled and others thinking it might just not be ready yet.
One insider, Lance McDonald, , saying that he believed it might have been cancelled as several people had previously seen around an hour of leaked footage of it. McDonald said, "It may have been cancelled as the majority of it leaked, about an hour of footage has been being passed around in private of it, I believe. I haven't seen it myself."
Meanwhile, AestheticGamer (previously known as DuskGolem) , "For all the people asking about Silent Hill: The Short Message, I guess it's not its time yet. It did get rated, I suppose they're shadow dropping it at a later date. I don't predict its too far off though". They then went on to say that they assume it's going to be some kind of shadow drop at Sony's next event.
