According to a recent rumor, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Silent Hill might not be dꦑead after all, as Konami might have some special ꧙plans for the series in the future.

Silent Hill's been pretty much toasted since 2013's abysmal PS Vita exclusive, Silent Hill: Book of Memories,Diablo clone that banked on fan service appeal and wound up being a tremendous mess. In the following seven years, the once prolific horror franchise has laid in a shallow grave inꦿ Konami's crypt of dormant franchises.

Until now, that is, if a new leak is๊ to be believed.

The info comes at us from known leaker @aestheticgamer1, the same person who correctly leaked the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Resident Evil 3 remake and recently came out with a strong hint at a new 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dino Crisis being in development. According to the l💟eaker, Konami💦 has special plans in store for their flagship psychological horror franchise.

"Konami about two years ago reached out to various developers to pitch ideas for two Silent Hill games," writes Aestheticgamer1. "One a soft-reboot of the franchise, the other an episodic TellTale/Until Dawn-style game to go alongside the reboot."

They proceeded to shoot down accusations that these are just pachinko or slot games. "Konami were approaching video gameꦍ development studios to seek interested developers for pitches to evaluate," they states.

Aestheticgamer1 is careful to point out that they don't know much outside of these details. That means what we're left with, basically, is that Konami might be working on two new Silent Hill titles, and that one of them will likely be cashing in on Until Dawn's winning formula.

Silent Hill is a franchise near and dear to some of us, but we've got two minds about this. First of all, there's no way of knowing that these leaks are true. Predicting that Capcom would remake Resident Evil 3 was, frankly, not too much of a stretch. Second of all, if they are true, there's uh... no guarantee these will actually be good. Konami's been hit or miss lately, putting aside all that drama from a few years back. That said, we still want more Silent Hill.
