After playing any game for a while, you're bound to find out things about it that you wished you had known when you started. Whether it was something that was going to put you off playing or if it was a key part that you needed to know, knowing these things earlier on may have improved your game experience.
This is true of168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Sky: Children Of The Light. At a first look, the game seems simple enough - save the Spirits and collect things. However, there is much more to the game than meets the eye so here are a few things worth knowing if you're a beginner that should smooth the bumps out of your journey.
10 Spirits Are More Important Than They Seem At First ౠ
When you begin the game, you learn that your main goal is to free trapped Spirits and return them to the light. Therefore, it's pretty clear that they drive the story of the game and help you proceed from quest to quest. However, it's not made clear at the beginning just how important the Spirits are.
Once you free Spirits they will wait for you at the end of the Realm with offerings to say thank you for your help. Then they reappear in the Social Area (the area you go to before traveling to the next Realm). In this area, you can go up to the Spirits and interact with them. It's here that they will show how useful they are - they can give you gifts and you can purchase items from them. Anything from expression upgrades to cosmetics can be purchased.
9 You're Going To Need To Return To Realms
There are multiple puzzles and locked areas in each Realm of the game. To unlock some of these areas, you will need to have gone to the next Realm and collected items or Spirits from there. Then you will need to go back to a previous one as you will now be able to unlock a previously inaccessible area. This is extremely true of a locked area leading to a168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Spirit in Daylight Prairie.
Like many players, if you have spent a long time staring at a seemingly impossible puzzle then there is a good chance you'll need to leave it for a later time. Most often, it seems to be that the areas that are locked and need Spirits from another Realm are the ones that hold the✃ things you are missing from that world.
8 The Home And Social Aꦍreas𓄧 Are Useful
There is 168澳洲幸运5🌺开奖网:a lot tha🃏t you can do in your Home area in this game and the same applies to the Social Areas. At first glance, it just seems that the Home area is where you can enter Realms from the beginning or resume your gameplay from your last save point. However, the Home is much more than this - you can customize your character, leave messages for other players and even 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:play with your friends!
The Social area is the area between Realms if you choose to continue from one to the next. This area is extremely useful for meeting other players and perhaps forming an alliance with them. As the name states, it's a great area to be social with other people. If you're not feeling the social vibe, then you can customize your character here too with no need to go back Home.
7 🧜 Expressions Are Excellent For Communication
Teamwork is quite important in a lot of the game, so being able to communicate with other online players is a huge bonus. As you free Spirits in the game, some will reward you with expressions. You can access these by pressing X in-game and it will bring up a side menu showing all of your unlocked expressions. Click on one to choose it and y♑our character will do it𝓰.
When you are in a Realm and require the co-operation of other people, things can get very frustrating very quickly. Therefore, by having different expressions that you can do, you can clearly communicate your intentions with the most basic of actions. For example; If you have spotted a fix to a puzzle and you need other people to ܫsee it, you can do the pointing expression to show them where it is.
6 𓂃 There Are Peak Times For Players
There are times when the Realms in the games are spookily q𓆉uiet. Being in a Realm on your own can mean you can only progress so far before having to stop. This can become really irritating after a while because you can become stuck on one part and have no way around it.
From observation, there does seem to be a continuous pattern of peak player times. If you want to hit a Realm when there's a good chance of it being full of players then you should hit it at the weekend. More specifically, the evenings at the weekend. It seems to be that at any point after 6 pm on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday there are a lot more players than usual.
5 🍃 Eight Person Puzzles Exist
If having to wait for other people to solve two-person puzzles wasn't frustrating enough, there is an eight-person puzzle as well. In Daylight Prairie you need to beat a two-person puzzle to open a door that leads to an eight-person one. If you have played the game then you are probably well aware that it's difficult to get everyone working together in sync.
To solve the puzzle all eight players need to light certain areas at the exact same time. It's probably the most difficult puzzle of the game for the sheer scale of people needed to be coordinated to beat it.
4 The In-Game Currencies Are Comple🌞x
Like most games, there are in-game currencies in Sky: Children Of The Light and they can get a bit confusing. You do get used to them after a while but when you're new to the game they can cause headaches.
The different currency types can be used for different things. The Candles are the most common currency type to be found across the game, which makes it the easiest one to collect. You can use candles to buy things off of Spirits once you have set them free and completed their realm. Hearts can be sent to your friends to show them you appreciate them and you can use Hearts that they send you to buy things such as cos🎃metics for🍸 your character.
3 Take Your Time Whilst Exploring🧸 🗹A Realm
It can be tempting to rush through a Realm to reach the next one. However, this can also cause you pain later on. There are no time li💃mits for the Realms so you are free to explore each one for as little or as long as you like. You really should use this lack of time restrictions to your advantage as there is so much to discover in every Realm.
Also, if you take your time to explore you can find all of the hidden areas, locked areas, and puzzles in the game. By doing this, you can plan out what you need to do next and reduce the time that you will be bouncing back and forth b✃etween the Realms. You can see what you need to get from which Realm and see which challenges you can solve as you progress.
2 💟 Winged Lights Are Extremely Useful Collectabl🌌es
Winged lights are definitely not a side collectible in this game. You can be forgiven for mistaking them as a side object early in the game as the main focus falls on Spirits. There are a varied amount of Lights in each realm and it's up to you to find them. When you find them, they will upgrade your Cape (which is your ability to fly). The more Winged Lights you collect, the more your Cape will upgrade and you will be able to fly for longer per𒅌iods of time🥀.
By being able to fly higher and for a longer period of time, you will be making each Realm easier to get through. F♍lying plays a huge role in the game, so taking the time to find these collectibles will pay off massively.
1 You Need To Play With Other🌳 People 🦹
Thatgamecompany designed this game to be a social indie game and it lives up to its name. You really do need to be social, or at least tolerant of other players, to be able to progress in the game. There are puzzles that require you to work with other people to solve and often these will reward you with important 🉐parts that you need for your quest.
To fully complete any level, you are going to need other people's help. Also, having other players in the Realm with you can help you find areas that you have missed. They can even help you to figure out how to reach certain areas that you find difficult. Playing together in this game is less frustrating than most. However, it's not made distinctly clear at the beginning that it's something you will absolutely need to do.
