Daedric quests in are easily some of the most interesting and exciting ones. Not only do they often hold powerful and rare weapons and items as rewards, but they also bring you closer towards one of the bigger achievements in Skyrim. If you'd like to ea꧅rn the Oblivion Walker achievement and admire your c🥂ollection of beautiful Daedric artifacts, you'll need to go through each of the fifteen Daedric quests.
We've decideღd to rank thes🌱e quests from worst to best, based on how interesting and engaging the quests themselves are.
15 ꧒ The Cursed Tribe - Malacath 𒈔
To get this quest, you need to travel to a crc stronghold named Largashbur. Fetch a Daedra Heart and some Troll Fat. Then, you'll have to fi💦nd Shagrol's Warhammer from Fallostone Cave.
The reward is V💎olendrung, a warhammer which drains 50 points of Stamina, which isn't much. Moreover,💝 the whole quest is mostly about fetching items, with nothing terribly original.
14 ꦑ Waking Nightmare - Vaermina
Erandur in Windpeak Inn of Dawnstar will give you🌼 this quest. Follow him throughout the quest, until the part where Erandur begins a spell to destroy the Skull of Corruption.
This staff charges damages by taking nightmares from🙈 sleeping people. If you want it, you'll need to kill Erandur before he finishes his spell. The reward is a very situational weapon, and the quest is story-wise quite lackluster.
13 ꦯ 🧸 Ill Met By Moonlight - Hircine
Speak to Sinding in the Falkreath Barracks. He'll tell you to kill a beast in the forest. However, this beast will in turn tell you to go 🦹and kill Sinding in Bloated Man's Grotto instead.
If you kill Sinding you get the Savior's Hide, which gives you 15% magic resistance and 50% poison resistance. If you spare him, you g𒅌et Hircine's Ring, which lets you transform into a werewolf. The rewards are just average, and there isn't much uniqueness to the quest's story.
12 📖 The Only Cure - Peryite
At the shrine of Peryite, you need to mix a silver ingot, a Deathbell flower, Vampire Dust and a Flawless Ruby for a special incense to speak with Peryite. He'll send🌟 you to kill ♎Orchendor at Bthardamz.
In return, you receive the Spellbreaker, a shield that when blocking will also ward off 50 points of spell damage. Given the price for the incense, this quest is a bit annoying and expensive to do, especially if you don't hav♑e use for a shield.
11 The Whispering Door -✱ Mephala 𒁏
After completing Dragon Rising, you'll hear rumors of Nelkir being troubled. He'll send you to a door to a basement, to which ✨you need to pickpocket a key for, from either Jarl Balgruuf or Faendal.
Inside you'll find an Ebony Blade. Mep🐎hala will say you need to charge the weapon by killing friendly NPCs. You can charge the weapon up to 30 points of Absorb Health damage. The quest's story is interesting, but the rewards are a letdown.
10 🍸 Discerning The Trans🌱mundane - Hermaeus Mora
This quest is part of the main quest of Skyrim. After you've collected blood samples from all different species of elves for Septimus Signus and brought the Essence Extractor back to him, he ♐will open a Dwemer lockbox.
Inside, a book known as Oghma Infinium is found. If you read it, you will gain five points in each of the skill categories: Mage, Thief and Warrior. The quest is ver💦y long, and takes you to Blackreach, one of the more interesting places in Skyrim, but it's worth it for the skill boost.
9 Pieces Of 💮The𓄧 Past - Mehrunes Dagon
In Dawnstar, meet with Silus, the runner of the museum on the Mythic Dawn. He'll ask you to retrieve the pieces of Mehrunes' Ra🍷zor. After that, meet him at the shrine of Dagon.
You can choose to kill o𒊎r spare Silus, but to get the Razor you have to kill him. The Razor has a small chance of killing an enemy instantly, but is otherwise fairly useless. The quest basically demands you to fetch items from three different locations, which is a concept all too familiar in Skyrim.
8 Boethiah's Calling ꦡ- Boethiah
At the shrine of Boethiah,♚ you have to sacrifice a follower and the fight all of the cultists until one last person is standing. After that, Boethiah asks you to kill the current champion located in Knifepoint Ridge.
The reward is the Ebony Mail, which lets you move quietly. Enemies who get near will take 5 points of poison damage. The quest has some interesting elements, such as killing a follower, but is otherwise quite gener✅ic.
7 💧 🉐 The Black Star - Azura
Retrieve Azura's star from Ilinalta's🐭 Deep. You can either give it to Nelacar and then get the Black Star or give it to Aranea at the Shrine of Azura who gives you a pure version o𓃲f the star.
You also have to enter 🤪the star and destroy Malyn Varen who inhabits it to purify it. The Black Star absorbs and holds black and white souls. It's a convenient object to have if you enchant quite a bit, since it never gets destroyed and can hold Grand level souls.
6 The Break Of Dawn - Meridia ꦍ ౠ
To get the Dawnbreaker, you need to first find Meridia's Beacon, which is always in a random dungeon. After that, you'll need to purify the temples underneath her shrine and allow🗹 for Meridia's light to flow through it.
While the quest is fairly simple, it's the reward that counts. The Dawnb๊reaker is very useful against draugr since it does fir🎉e damage and has a chance of creating an explosion that kills nearby undeads as well.
