Most of the time, Skyrim is all about heroism. You will be saving the world a few times over as part of the major quests. There are also times when you are 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:left with some very difficult choices, ༒ones that often have no🦋 clear right or wrong answer.
Then, sometimes, there are quests where you are just a menace to society. From hassling wildlife and drunken antics to murdering your friends and keeping Skyrim in perpetual war, there are some things you are asked to do that definitely make Skyrim a worse place to live in, at least for some creatures in it. Whether you're out for the reward, or just like to watch the world burn, picking them up is bad news for the targets.
10 Grin And Bear It ♊
Temba Wide-Arm 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:runs a mill in Ivarstead. She hates bears. She really hates bears. This hatred is severe enough that she will ask you to bring her the skin of ten bears. These aren't bears that have been hassling her particularly, she will accept any pelts, as long as bears have suffered at some point. Fortunately, most of the bears in Skyrim are pretty hostile to passers-by, so it feels a little less like animal cruelty.
You're likely to run across a few of them simply in the cause of self-defense. Even so, enabling one woman's pathological hatred of wildlife is hard to think of as hero work.
9 🐬 A Night To Rem𝔍ember
'A Night To Remember' is unusual, in that most of the bad things done were done by the Dragonborn, but not necessarily with intent. Walking into a random inn in Skyrim, you might be greeted by a man named Sam Guevenne, inviting the hero for a drinking contest. Accepting drinks from strange, shifty individuals in bars might have been a mistake, though the real weight of the choice arrives upon waking up sometime later in the Temple Of Dibella, being accused of mistreating the temple statue.
Following the trail of drunken destruction across Skyrim reveals some other bad deeds. Goat theft, ring theft, and jilting a bride - it's quite a list. At least Sam is amused by the end.
8 ﷽ Dampen💙ed Spirits
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Working for the Thieves' Guild isn't all gold and glory. A lot of it is keeping certain patrons happy. When Maven Black-Briar, Mead Baron and power behind Riften, finds she has a competitor in the brewing business, she dispatches the Dragonborn to make sure the competitor, Honningbew Meadery, is shut down.
Achieving this goal involves sneaking into the meadery and poisoning one of the vats. While Sabjorn, the owner, admits to treating his staff badly, framing him for the attempted poisoning of Whiterun's guard captain is pretty extreme. That's not even considering Captain Caius, who had half a cup of rat poison-laced honey mead in his system on leaving.
7 The W𓂃hispering Door
There's something off about Jarl Balgruuf's son, Nelkir. The boy has been hearing voices, coming from a closed and forgotten door in the Dragonsreach cellars. Listening to the voices themselves will reveal them to be those of the Daedric prince Mephala.
If you can get hold of the key, the door may be opened to reveal a dark artifact, The Ebony Blade. This weapon's enchantment can only be charged with the 'blood of deceit', which involves killing those who like or trust you. Possibly worse than just committing random murder.
6 Light's Out!
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Wandering around Solitude, you might be approached by a shifty-looking Argonian 'treasure hunter' named Jaree-Ra. He is looking for some assistance with a scheme that involves extinguishing the fire in Solitude Lighthouse, along the coast. He explains that a ship, The Icerunner is about to pull into port, and snuffing the light will lead it to run aground on the other side of the bay.
Right away this seems not a particularly community-minded thing to be doing. He does, however, insist that the crew will be unhurt and his 'friends' can rescue them from any danger. Well, he's right in the sense that by the time you reach The Icerunner, there is no crew left in distress.
5 💟 The Taste Of Death
Markarth's Halls Of The Dead has a problem. Someone appears to have been eating the dead inside. Going to investigate reveals Eola, who explains she was only eating the dead as the shrine of Namira is full of draugr. While not exactly reassuring, it does clear out the Halls Of The Dead.
Going to the shrine and helping clear it will lead to Eola suggesting they prepare a feast to celebrate. The feast in question is the priest of Arkay who asked you ꧙to investigate in the first place. Nasty.
4 The Lover's Requital
Sibbi Black-Briar is not an upstanding fellow. When even Maven Black-Briar thinks one of her family belongs in prison, that says quite a lot. In additio𒈔n to his horse-stealing schemes, Sibbi charges you with a job.
He was set to marry a woman named Svidi, but rather ruined his chances by both being unfaithful and murdering her brother. She has run out of town, and he asks you to track her down, mostly so he can kill her as well. Svidi has been living in Ivarstead, under a false name, and has little to gain from someone showing up and trying to expose her🍌 past.
3 Boethiah's Calling
Boethiah is the Daedric prince of deceit, and appropriately his quest will involve a fair amount of it. The later stages involve assassinating a previous champion, but it's the earlier stages where the real villainy happens.
To commune with the powerful Daedra, you must sacrifice someone who trusts you on the pillar at Boethiah's shrine. This means that a follower must die for you to get what you want. You have to trick them into letting themselves be trapped by the pillar, and then sacrifice them while they are unable to defend themselves. With friends like the Dragonborn, who needs enemies?
2 The Gift
Joining the Volkihar Clan, the Dragonborn gets to discover the perks of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:vampiric life. One side quest asks them to share that with the one most dear to them. In 'The Gift', you are asked to turn your spouse into a vampire. More perturbingly, this is not something you ask to do. You will pacify them using Vampiric Seduction, and then turn them.
Whether or not they would have agreed is irrelevant. Vampires in Skyrim have been shown to unquestioningly follow those who turned them, so you'll never know if it's what they wanted.
1 ಞ Bound Until Death
Not many people join the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dark Brotherhood thinking they will make🍸 the world a better place, though one of the assassinations you are asked to carry out particularly stands out as horrible on several levels.
In 'Bound Until Death', you are charged with murdering Vittoria Vici, which is pretty bad. You are supposed to murder her in front of her groom at her own wedding, which is worse. The murder is intended to thwart any attempt at a peace treaty between the Imperials and the Stormcloaks, keeping the Civil War going as long as possible. That is pretty much as bad as you can get.
