There isn't one thing that makes The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim fun. All its components and aspects melodically work together to provide the longest lasting game of this decade. However, if there was one thing (among many) which Skyrim would only be half as fun without, then it would be the Daedric Princes, basically the good/bad/morally ambiguous gods. These are demonic/angelic bach🍨elors who each represent a negative or positive trait or activity in the continent of Tamriel.

The princes are not necessarily your enemies though; sometimes they like to reward those who earn their respect or those who prove loyal to them. Showing their true form to you is often beneath most of them, but you can still interact with them through their prized Daedric Artifacts,🍷 most of which are the most powerful stuff in the land of Skyrim. Hence, here are all of those artifacts if you want to get rewarded for doing evil deeds. Despite being called "princes" these... beings, don't actually have genders. They only assume either male or female aspects when dealing with mere mortals.

15 AZURA'S S༺TAR/THE BLACK STAR 🥀

From the Daedric Prince of light and dark or night and day, comes one of the most useful Daedric Artifacts ever: the Azura's Star or The Black Star depending on your quest choices for the quest of the same name. It's essentially a reusable soul gem which does not break if you🔴 use up all the stored souls within, making it invaluable for any enchanted weapon wielder.

In order to trigger the quest "The Black Star" which rewards this artifact, go to Whiterun, loo𝔉k for Hulda and listen to her rumors to get the quest in your journal, she's usually at The Bannered Mare-- she owns it. Afterward, you'll have to go to the Shrine of Azura and speak to the priestess Aranea Ienith.

14 💯⛎ DAWNBREAKER

If you want one꧃ of the best one-handed blades the game has on offer, say no more. The Dawnbreaker from the Daedric Prince of all the energies of living things, Meridia, is a must-have for the Dragonborn. It's an enchanted sword☂ that burns your foes and makes them explode if they're undead. It has a finite number of charges but can do around 1666 before the burning effect needs to be recharged with a filled soul gem.

If you want this powerful and beautiful sword, ꧒just keep looting some random chests until you happen upon Meridia's Beacon in one of them. This will trigger the quest "The Break of Dawn," which rewards the sword. If you want to rush the quest's trigger, simply approach the Statue of Meridia in Solitude.

13 EBℱONY BL♉ADE

Next up is an artifact from an evil god, Mephala; he's the Daedric Prince of lies, secrets, and plots. His choice of reward for his loyal servants🍷 is the Ebony Blade, a weathered dark two-handed katana that absorbs the life-force of its victims basically replenishing your health. Each and every kill increases the life you absorb per hit until you reach the cap of 30 life points every connecting swing. The catch is that these kills must be game characters you consider to be your friends, or essentially friendly non-player characters (NPC).

Obtaining it is rather easy, just ask Hulda again for rumors and you'll trigger the ques🗹t, "The Whispering Door" loca🔯ted in the basement of Dragonsreach in Whiterun. Of course, the quest doesn't stop upon obtaining the blade, you'll have to power it up by betraying friendly NPCs, thankfully, Skyrim has its fair share of noisy and annoying characters you can easily put on your hit list.

12 𝐆 EBONY ꦑMAIL

Like the Ebony Blade, the Ebony Mail is a Daedric Artifact borne out of deception. It's a prized token from Boethia, the Daedric Prince of deceit, conspiracy, and murder plots. As such, the Ebony Mail allows its users to move silently when worn. Additionally, opponents will also take poison damage per second if they get to close to the wౠearer. It gives off a cool black smoke effect too if you fancy the edgy assassin look.

In order to trigger the quest for it, "Boethia's Calling," you must read the book Boethia's Proving which doesn't have a set location. Instead, you'll have to be bookish and open every book and library you see to increase your chances of finding that book-- they're all scattered randoml𝕴y across Skyrim. It pays to read, anyway.

11 ℱ MACEဣ OF MOLAG BAL

The Mace of Molag Bal, as you can guess, belongs to the Daedric Prince Molag Bal whose domain is domination and enslavement. In that regard, his mace is pretty evi꧂l and captures the souls of any opponent you kill, storing them in any soul gem you have. Moreover, the mace does considerable amounts of damage to your opponent's stamina and magicka in addition to health damage. Plus, it looks like Sauron's mace, so there.

You'll want to trigger the q♕uest "The House of Horrors." You'll be able to obtain the questline once you go to the Abandoned House in Markarth, you'll know which is which once you find a hooded robed man standing at its door who looks like he's torn on entering the house or not.

10 🍨 MASQUE OF CLAVICUS VILE

Clav𝄹icus Vile is the Daedric Prince of deals, pacts, and bargain-- a Wall Street type in all respects. Anyway, his mask or masque reflects his personality and domain. If you wear it, merchants all over Skyrim will give you a 20 percent discount. You'll also get +10 to Speechcraft and an increased rate of magicka r🐼egeneration.

If you want that discount, just trigger the quest "A Daedra's Bes🏅t Friend" by talking to the blacksmith Lod in Fa𝓰lkreath about his missing dog. Spoiler alert: that dog talks and is a minion of Clavicus Vile, be hesitant on calling him a good boy.

9 🐓 MEHRUNES' RAZOR

This one's for assassins who love to sneak around and plunge daggers into random NP🍃Cs jugulars. Mehrunes' Razor is a magical dagger belongs to Mehrunes Dagon, the Daedric Prince of destruction, violence, and ambition. Despite being just a dagger, make no mistake about Mehrunes' Razor, it has a near two percent chance to instantl🐭y kill anyone it strikes, making it perfect for assassinations or even fights.

This forceful weapon can be obtained as a r🗹eward from the quest "Pieces of the Past." You can trigger the quest by visiting the Museum of the Mythic Dawn in Dawnstar and talking to the owner Silius Vesuius about obtaining several pieces of the artifact.

8 OGHMA INFINIUM 💙

If knowledge is what you seek, then the Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora might be more suited for your endeavors. His dominion is knowledge and memory. Thus, the Daedric Artifact connected to him is the Oghma Infinium-- a mere book. However, it grants five points to several of your skills depending on the path you choose (Might♛, Shadow, or Magic). After choosing, the book disappears from your inventory.

Simply trigger the quest "Discerning the Transmundane" and you'll be rewarded with the Oghma Infinium after completion. The quest begins by reading a book named "Ruminations on the Elder Scrolls" which is given by the orc librarian Urag gro-Shub in the Arcaneum inside the College of Winterhold. If you don't want to deal with the grumpy orc, then look for the book in Septimus Signus's Outpost in a cave to the north-east reg♒ion of Skyrim.

7 RING OF NAMIRA 🔜 🍷

Namira is the Daedric Prince of all things repulsive and we don't know why he chose that♋ path 🍌in life. For that matter, the Ring of Namira gives you a disgusting yet useful skill. Apart from increasing your stamina by 50 points, you can now feast on corpses to regenerate your health and even increase it as long as you're wearing the ring.

If you don't mind that distasteful buffet, the ring can be obtained as a reward from the quest "The Taste of Death." You can begin that quest by talking to Kleppr at the Silver-Blood Inn in Markarth a𓄧bout any available jobs. He will then direct you to Brother Verulus at the Hall of the Dead in the same city.

6 SANGUIN𝔍E R𓂃OSE

Sanguine is the Daedric Prince of hedonism, debauchery, and dark indulgence. He's freaky, alright. In contrast, 🌳his Daedric Artifact seems rather tame. The Sanguine Rose is just a staff that lets you summon a Dremora minion which stays 60 seconds to fight for you. That's about it, the staff also has limited ch𝄹arges.

Still want it? Then just trigger the quest "A Night to Remember" by speaking to Sam Guevenne; you'll find him all over Skyrim in taverns. Just 🃏look for him in each and every tavern of a town or city you're currently in꧅.
