The next event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be exciting𝔉 for fans of Eiffel 65, as the Spirit Board will soon be filled with blue characters as part of the🙈 upcoming Cool Blue Summer event.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has held regular events since launch, some of which change the types of characters who appear on the Spirit Board and some which limit the fighters available during tournaments. The rewards for competing in this events are usually gold and a chance to earn rare Spirits. Some of the recent events have involved villain-themed Spirits coming to the Spirit Board, the introduction of Octopath Traveler Spirits to the game, and a tournament that only uses characters from Super Smash Bros. 3DS/Wii U.
The next Super Smash Bros. Ultimate event is taking a walk on the cyan side, as it will exclusively feature blue characters. The "Cool Blue Summer" event is due to run from July 31 until🦄 August 3, 2020. The event has been promoted on the SmashBrosJP Twitter page.
According to an update that has been sent to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate owners, the Spirits thaꦐt can appear during the Cool Blue Summer event are Krystal, Jack Levin, Esna, Dialga, Rover, Rex, Prince Richard, Enguarde, Naryu, Revali, Bandit, Kine, Gyarados, Wobbuffet, Kyogre, Pandora, Metal Sonic, Chaos, Blue Pikmin, Ice Man, Hard Man, Freezie, Marill, ST Falcon, Wonder-Blue, Zora, Moosh, Mr. Frosty, Wooper, Piplup, Wrys, Young Cricket, Dive Man, Hakkun, Li'l Blue, and Eddy.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has received numerous content since launch, including new characters, modes, and regular events, such as the Spirit Board challenges and themed tournaments. Video games tend to include colorful characters, especially the ones w♑ho have appeared in the family-friendly Nintendo titles that have been released over the years, so it's likely that we will see other color-based Spirit Board events in the future.
