The Sonic community can often feel divided. We're often in disagreement over which era was the best and which games are overrated - or overhated. But you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn't love the Chao. But afওter Sonic Adventure 2, we never got to run a Cha꧑o daycare ever again.

Now, at long last, this could be able to change. Reliable industry insider Midori has shared that a Chao-centred Sonic game is in development, with Sega apparently aiming to creat🦄e "even more Chao content" in the future.

A Chao Spinoff Is Reportedly In The Works

This is a whole lot of information to take in. According to Midori, Chao will appear in both 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Sonic X Shadow Generations ꦿand Sonic Rumble first before getting their own game, Sonic Chao Guardians.

At this stage, this is just a rumour, but it would be a game that's warmly welcomed by fans. Many of us who are old enough to have grown up with the Adventure games miss looking after Chao, raising them and helping them develop their own stats and appearances. For some reason, Sega never decided to bring back the Chao garden after Sonic Adventure 2.

Of course, even if it is real, we'll have to wait and see what form it takes. Midori follows up by saying that it is "not just [a] Chao Garden", so there could be some other gameplay mechanics thrown in there too. Fingers crossed though, we'll be raising those cute little guys once more soon enough.
