PS Plus will increase in price sta▨rting next week. Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers originally cost $59.99, $99.99, and $119.99 respectively. Going forward, they will cost $79.99, $134.99, and $159.99.
"We wanted toꦍ let you know that starting September 6, we will be increasing the price for PlayStation Plus 12-month subscriptions globally across all benefit pl☂ans," Sony said in a new blog post. "This price adjustment will enable us to continue bringing high-quality games and value-added benefits to your PlayStation Plus subscription service."
Sony also🏅 stated that the 12-month ♊subscriptions will continue to be at a "discounted rate" compared to the one and three-month options. As for existing subscribers, the price change will not take effect until your renewal date or if you change your plan, either upgrading or downgrading to different tiers.
If you were on the fence about buying PS Plus, you're best grabbing a year now before September 6. That way you'll get it for up to $40 cheaper depending on which tier you buy. Of course, this time next year the price will be higher, but that's next year's problem.
In the same blog post, PlayStation also revealed September's monthly games which you can save to your profile and play so long as you're still subscribed to PS Plus. You can get the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Saints Row reboot, Black Desert - Traveler Edition, and Generation Zero. This comes amidst the news that Volitꦑion has "no plans" to🍌 remake the first two Saints Row games, something they were asked yesterday as the first game turned 17. We might not be celebrating its birthday with news of its return, but at least you can pick up the remake at no extra cost. That is unless you're renewing soon.
Only as recently as in June of this year, Xbox🦋 also increased the price of its own subscription service, Game Pass. As of July 6, the standard tier went up from $9.99 to $10.99 per month, while the Ultimate version increased from $14.99 to $16.99 per month. Xbox head of communications Kari Perez said that the company "adjusted the prices to reflect the competitive conditions in each market". Not long after, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:it axed the 14-day trial... just before Starfield's launch. That means you can't pay $1 for two weeks of Game Pass if it's your first time trying the service anymore. It's getting less and less affordable out there, eh?
