As of right now, the Xbox Series X appears to be sli♊ghtly ahead of the PS5 months before their respective releases during the holiday season. And frankly, the latter console could be in more serious trouble if Sony doesn't stabilize all that has been displayed as of late. From ill-received controllers to weird streams, Sony ou𓄧ght to st𒆙and up straight if it wants to put itself back ahead of Microsoft.

The PS4 has tended to dominate the Xbox One so far, this generation. Given we're near the end of it, the competition will likely be concluded with Sony as the victor. Yet, the same story isn't being told for the competition between the Xbox Series X and PS5. While Microsoft and its💮 developers have been touting its next console as the cream of the crop in terms of graphical capabilities and the next generation's pinnacle console, Sony's been trying to do the same but has been wounded by recent revelations.

The recent Last of Us: Part II storyline leak was particularly damaging to Sony. While certainly an indicator of Naughty Dog's development෴ cycle, Naughty Dog is a Sony developer. As the leak had allegedly come from an upset employee from Naughty Dog, the first thing many think of is "crunch culture," which reflects poorly on Naughty Dog. Thus, this reflects poorly oಞn Sony and its ability to provide sufficient oversight.

Awkward streams don't exactly help Sony either. From highly intermittent State of Play streams 🌃to abrupt , the company hasn't quite gotten it down like Nintendo or others.

The backlash against the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:DualSense PS5 controller has also been injurious to Sony. In particular, its unchanged triꦜggers caused somewhat of an eye roll among consumers who either like or tolerate everything about the PS4 co🧜ntroller but its frustrating triggers.

Finally, no big games have been announced for the PS5. Although the system may get remasters or ports of late-gen PS4 titles like Ghost of Tsushima or The Last of Us: Part II, little has been seen in the w🌟ay of tentative landmark next-gen launch games. If this gets amended soon, perhaps Soওny can get back up on its feet.

Right now, ⛦Sony is tending to lose the next-gen competition. The only thing causing its still-forward momentum is the success of the PS4, but recent events and revelations have negatively impacted Sony's standing in the race between the PS5 a🐻nd Xbox Series X. Sony should act swiftly if it doesn't want the pendulum to swing the other way because that swing is inches away from occurring.
