Soulja Boy’s first tried to get into the gaming industry with the Soulja Game Console, a rebranded video game console. After he was threatened with legal action by Nintendo, the rapper put his projec🌟t on hold. Now, though, it seems he’s dusted off his abandoned venture.
In a recent Instagram post, Soulja Boy shared a sneak peek at the new console, which features a PS2 controller on top of an unidentified white console that presumably could be an Xbox One S or 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Xbox Series S. The rapper apparently is not💦 giving up on his dream of branding a console.
In December 2018, Soulja Boy released the SouljaGame Console. It was quickly criticized for being an "overpriced" copy of Nintendo and Sega handheld game consoles. On December 15, 2018, he announced the release of two other consoles: the Retro SouljaBoy Mini, which resembled a Nintendo Game Boy, and the SouljaGame Fuze, which looked like Microsoft's Xbox One and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Sony's PS4.
As of December 30, 2018, Soulja Boy had pulled the SouljaGame consoles off his online shop after being threatened with a lawsuit from Nintendo. It remained a number-one hit in the US for seven non-consecutive weeks. Since then, the rapper has accumulated an estimated net worth of $30 million, and has ventured into record production, fashion design, acting, professional poker and cryptocurrency.
