"Do we really need like eight MCU Spider-Man suits and did they have to take up almost all of the final unlockable spaces?" Queef-Elizabeth said. Of course, there are also MCU fans who are ecstatic to have a game with every costume at their disposal. That doesn't explain New Blue which feels more like an Upgraded colour swap, but the point is that every movie is more or less represented (there's no Spider-Verse Peter B. Parker, unfortunately).
It's not just the Tom Holland cosmetics that fans are upset with, but the lack of symbiote suits and other highly-requested picks for Peter.
"I was really hoping for a symbiote variant of Andrew Garfield's suits where they just give it the black and silver colour pallet of the Raimi symbiote suit," CazBrown said.
"I just want the Ultimate Spide🔥r-Man suit, man,&ไquot; TheAslumePrince commented.
"[The final costume] should've been a classic Alex Ross suit," Tom-edian said.
Peter isn't the only one catching flack. Miles Morales gets a new 'canon' suit in-game, one he designs himself to stand out from Peter. The top of the mask is exposed to let his hair out, he has custom Adidas trainers, and long bright blue lines representing his new electric power.
