Insomniac is busy developing two new Marvel games. They have Wolverine in the works and Spider-Man 2, the latter of which features both Miles Morales and Peter Parker teaming up in their respective suits. The villain? Venom.
"Insomniac is on fire, they've been so productive. The team at Insomniac is always challenging themselves to raise the bar with storytelling and craftsmanship," head of Sony Studios Herman Hulst stated. "It's evident in the consistency of high-quality games over the years. They prize collaboration among their team that extends to the way they work with other PlayStation teams and their work with their great partners at Marvel. That collaboration resulted in the first two Spider-Man games and Insomniac are really excited to be expanding the universe into Marvel's Spider-Man 2. It will be a spectacular showpiece for gaming."
The trailer, as shown below, features both Peter Parker and Miles Morales in their suits, expanding on both their stories from their own standalone games. The two are teaming up to take on Venom, although who is under the black and white suit isn't clear. If it's anything like the comics, it's probably Eddie Brock given their brutish, hulking appearance.
The black and white Spider-Man logo featured in the trailer, meanwhile, seems to indicate that we will see Peter Parker or Miles Mo♛rales don the symbiote suit, but nothiᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚng has been confirmed as of yet.
Based on the fact that both are suiting up, however, it's likely that the game will feature a dual-protagonist system 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:akin to Ratchet &am🀅p; Clank: Rift Apart which saw us b😼ouncing about between Rivet and Ratchet.
