Spyro's hubworld is still unique, nearly three deca🦋des later.

First, the studio revealed that Xbox𝕴 would be the company to fund its first solo project, which understandably led to rumors that it was something Spyro or Crash Bandicoot-related. Next, a YouTuber called Canadian Guy Eh claimed that multiple people at PAX East last year had told him that Spyro 4 is 🍰currently in the works at🌳 Toys for Bob, though it was early in development.

Most recently, Toys for Bob updated its website and added a purple box with a question mark inside to its list of g🔯ames on the homepage, . No൲w, we've had a couple more little nuggets of info and teases that something Spyro is coming from an email interview between Canadian Guy Eh and Toys for Bob studio head Paul Yan.

Crash Bandicoot Developer Seemingly Teases New Spyro In Email Interview

For starters, Yan reveals that Toys for Bob has been working with Xbox - which we already knew about - but that it's also been working with Activision too, which once aga🌄in strengthens the idea that Toys for Bob is working on something Spyro-related:

"Team Xbox and🍷 Activision have been very,ꦚ very supportive," says Yan. "Our check-ins almost always end with them asking 'how else can we help?'. We work with some wonderful people that genuinely care and want us to succeed, and I'm very grateful to be collaborating with them."

However, the biggest bombshell dropped in this interview is related to the color of the responses from Yan. For some reason, Yan made sure the responses to Canadian Guy Eh's question were all colored purple, completely by his own volition. That feels like a huge tease, and with Xbox's summer showcase now set for June 8, we could see Spyro ma✅k🦄e his comeback on the big stage.
