Star Wars: Battlefront 2 may have recently passed the two-year mark, but that doesn't mean the team over at EA and Dice have any intentions of slowing down. The game has overcome a difficult start to become a truly great168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Star Wars game, with the develo𒁏pers wo💙rking on the title giving out plenty of free content in the two years since it hit shelves.
It looks like they're going to continue to support Battlefront 2 in 2020. So, with that in mind, we now take a look at 10💃 settings we'd love to be able to fight on and that we hope to receive further down the line.
10 🐻 Geonosis Arena
Geonosis is in the game, with the map ranking among the title's most popular since coming out in 2018. But, while we love 💯fighting out in the open, it would still be great to see the Petranaki Arena make an appearance.
It is, after all, the setting for the big battle at the end of 2002's Attack of the Clones, whereꦜ the entire Jedi council and clone troopers come to the support of prisoners Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Padme Amidala. Thജis is a map we feel is perfectly suited to smaller game modes such as Heroes vs Villains, Hero Showdown, and even Blast and Strike.
9 🌠 The Jedi Temple ൩
It would be difficult to have Coruscant itself as a map, particularly given the fact fans would most likely want to explore and soak in all of its beauty and splendor. Yet, that doesn't mean that the Jedi Temple itself shouldn't make an appearance, just as it did in the original Battlefront 2 video game.
Back in the day, it was fun to run around the temple, giving off pure Revenge of the Sith vibes as you cut down enemies in your w🌞ay. With Anakin Skywalker in the game, it would make sense to then add the place where he crosses the line. Youngling hunt is not something we feel is necessary, however...
8 Utapau
Another map which featured in the original Battlefront 2 game is Utapau. It's a planet that appears in Revenge of the Sith wh▨en Obi-Wan Kenobi engages General Grevious in lightsaber combat and ends up killing the leader of ♚the Separatist movement after a thrilling duel to the death.
We can only imagine how the planet's greenery and stunning aesthetics would look on the current generation of consoles. The setting is also fun to play on in the official Revenge of the Sith game, which released at the s🐓ame time as the movie back in 2005.
7 Mustafar
Make no mistake about it, Dice and🔴 EA have done a brilliant job at adding as much prequel content to the game as possible (particularly when there was none whatsoever in the first title). But George Lucas' planets were all stunning and different in those movies, ꦍand Mustafar is another that would be a worthy inclusion.
Fighting against both enemies and the environment would give players a big challenge, one different from anything we've received so far. It would also give fans the chance to recreate the epic Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi fight from Revenge of the Sith on the very map🎀 where Anakin's descent into Darth Vader becomes complete.
6 Sullust
In the first Battlefront game, released in 2015, it contained just a few maps for single player. But perhaps the most popular was Sullust, which you're also able to play on during the Battlefront 2 campaign.
It was a huge map that contained many secret tunnels and places to take on the enemy. Given how well it was received, EA and Dice could do a lot worse than bringing it back—wspecially as they're already doing the same with Scarif, t꧙he beautiful beach planet from Rogue One.
5 Carbon Freezing Chamber 🎃
This is another map from the 2015 Battlefront game that would be great fun to play on. The carbon freezing chamber is an iconic Star Wars location, being the place where Darth Vader fights son Luke Skywalker for the first time and where Han Solo becomes a prisoner who is subseq🦩uently shipped to Jabba the Hutt by ruthless Bounty Hunter Boba Fett.
On the PlayStation 2 and Xbox version of Battlefront, it was always fun falling in, and it would be brilliant to have that same risky ele൲ment on t𓆏oday's current generation of consoles should it ever be brought back again.
4 Canto B🀅ight
We know that The Last Jedi isn't everybody's favorite Star Wars movie, and the scenes which involve Canto Bight are responsible for much of the backlash, with many hating the little adventure 💞that Finn and Rose Tico go on during the midway point of the blockbuster.
But that doesn't mean it shouldn't be in the game. It would make for a beautiful backdrop to the action, with its golden glow a standout feature. The prospect o𒅌f Orbaks being involved would make it more dangerous, too, and we're hoping that EA and Dice choose to give the location a crack at some point in the future.
3 Exegol
Exegol is a map that makes its first appearance in The Rise of Skywalker. It's a dark, perilous place that you wouldn't exactly want to holiday to. And, because of how dark and barren it is, it wouꦆldn't be at the 🉐top of too many people's location wishlists.
However, it would be the ideal setting for a Starfighter Assault map. That mode has been neglected in recent times, bu🐷t, given the final showdown of the whole saga involves a huge space dogfight above the skies of Exegol, it's an opportunity the developers should look to take full advantage of and please some fans of the mode in the process.
2 Kijimi
The Rise of Skywalker was the best movie of the sequel trilogy when it came to locations. Each were different and stunning to look at, and that, we feel, is a reason why Kijimi should be created for Battlefronꦰt 2.
It would be enthralling to engage in fights on the planet's snowy surface, particularly with the glow of t🔯he evening lights adding to the atmosphere. And, if this ever happens, we feel that Zori Bliss and a Knight of Ren or two should be made playable to go alongside it.
1 Pasana
We've already got two desert planets in Battlefront 2 in the forms of Tatooine and Jakku. But, while some may want another, we're of the opinion that EA should go for the jugular by🍸 having P✅asana in its game, as well.
Like the other two maps, it's sandy (which means Anakin Skywalker definitely wouldn't like it there). However, it's also different. It could have sinkholes that kill players when their guard is down, as well as the giant sand snake we see in TROS.🅠 Now that would definitely be a difficult challenge...
