168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is a success. When accounting for digital sale data, Jedi: Survivor has launch sales 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:30 percent higher than Fallen Order. That's despite the PC version of Jedi: Survivor launching in a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:less-than-optimal state, leading to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a negative review score on Steam.
EA and Respawn 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:promised weeks of patches and have since been able to improve that score to "mixed" following 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:last week's patch. Jedi: Survivor will receive another patch this week which will hopefully improv𝄹e things further.
Jedi: Survivor's is "expected to deploy as soon as possible this week." This patch will have a number of fixes for various crashes, but also several specific improvements that will help reduce stuttering and hitching on the PC🦩 port.
These fixes include "updated occlusion behavior for raytracing, reducing idle time stalls" as well as "updated streaming budgets that will help alleviate traversal hitching." ꦐThere will also be "performance improvements for VFX" and "updated data handling when toggling raytracing, improving non-raytraced performꦕance." All taken together, PC players should see their games become much smoother.
Work will continue on Jedi: Survivor following this week's patch. Respawn has noted issues with "newer i7 and i9 CPUs that have efficiency cores" and exp🌃ects to "improve both CPU and GPU utilization while reducing idle time, both with and withou🌸t raytracing."
Fans ༺might still see some hitching after this week's patch, which Respawn attributes to "streaming raytracing data, assets, and a🅷 gap in our prebuilt shaders." Respawn didn't provide a timeline on when to expect future patches, but so far Jedi: Survivor has received its day-one and a subsequent patch not even a week after launch. I'd expect significant improvements before the end of the month.
While the patch notes are largely focused on PC, that doesn't mean consoles aren't also getting a patch. In fact, Jedi: Survivor's PS5 and Xbox Series X|S patch will arrive today with a number of gameplay fixes. Save stat errors will be getting tweaked, those vents that activate the Stone Spires will work more consistently, the music will more accurately reflect the on-screen 𒁏action, and Rayvis will no longer be invincible. HDR will also be getting fixed for PS5 players, and there are a numb🃏er of other gameplay issues that should be resolved as soon as the patch goes live. These same fixes will also be coming on the PC patch alongside those performance improvements.
Still no word on those 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:disappearing pre-order bonuses, but EAꦐ is still investigating. Stay tuned to the EA Star Wars Twitter account for news💃 on when the PC patch goes live.
