None of them have ever appeared in the main live-action movies. Yet, they've featured in animated series, Disney Plus content, comics, novels, and more. So, over the years, many Inquisitors have been introduced to the fanbase. This is all of them.
Every Known Inquisitor
So far, 15 Inquisitors have been introduced in the Star Wars universe. Some of them have fancy Inquisitor names, such as♊ the Second Sister, while others never made it to that level.

The bulky Ninth Sister was a very tough Inquisitor who didn't let losing a limb slow her down. Her leg was cut off by a fellow Inquisitor named the Sixth Brother while Cal Kestis chopped off her hand. This didn't stop her, though; she replaced them with mechanical ones. |

Tualon Yaluna and Thirteenth Sister (Iskat Akaris) |

Tualon Yaluna and Iskat Akaris were Jedi friends until Order 66, when Akaris betrayed Yaluna and joined th📖e Empire, later becoming an Inquisitor. Yaluna was soon corrupted and became one, too, under the promise that he would get vengeance on Akaris. Instead, though, the two fell in love. Their connection angered Vader, and he killed them for it. |

This Inquisitor is so mysterious that he doesn't have a name or title. He's just a big guy that has a skull-like mask. Like with his name, his backstory is unknown. He was an Inquisitor, though, who was willing to destroy entire villages to get his targets. |

Tenth Brother (Prosset Dibs) |

Dibs was a blind Jedi Master who turned his back on the Order because of their actions during the Clone Wars. He felt they weren't really being peacekeepers and saw them as warmongerers. He even attacked Mace Windu, which led to the Council putting him on probation. After Order 66, he joined the Dark Side and became the Tenth Brother. |

Eighth Brother |
|
Not much is known about the Eighth Brother before he joined the Inquisitors. As an Inquisitor, though, he was very aggressive and completely committed to the cause. He, however, wasn't able to best Ahsoka, Kanan Jarrus, and Maul in battle, and his attempts to flee the fight led to his death. |

Seventh Sister |

The Seventh Sister was a Jedi who survived the purge. Yet, the Empire eventually got their hands on her and transformed her into an Inquisitor. From that point, she didn't really care about her previous life. Instead, she became a sadistic and cruel Inquisitor who made use of small Droids in combat. |

Sixth Brother (Bil Valen) |

There is little information regarding the Sixth Brother's time in the Jedi Order or how he joined the Inquisitors. However, he's a perfect member of the group since he seems heartless. He has no qualms about hunting children or betraying his own people. In fact, at one point, he left the Ninth Sister for dead. |

Fifth Brother |
|
The Fifth Brother differs from most of the Inquisitors in that nobody forced him into the program. This is because he already hated the Jedi Order and the Senate for 🧔stripping his planet for resources and taking him from his family. So, he willingly became an Inquisitor and went on plenty of missions. |

The Fourth Sister (Lyn Rakish) |

Lyn Rakish joined the dark side of the Force at some po🐈int before Order 66. During the purge, she recruited Barriss Offee into the Inquisitors. At this point, she seemed fully committed to the Empire. However, she had a soft spot for Offee, which would ultimately lead to the Fourth Sister leaving the Inquisitors behind, just like Offee did. |

Third Sister (Reva Sevander) |

Reva was a Youngling who saw Anakin's massacre during the Jedi purge firsthand. In fact, the future Darth Vader wiped out the only family she'd ever known. So, she became obsessed with getting revenge and eventually joined the Inquisitors to get close to him. When she finally got her chance, Vader easily overpowered her, but she lived and left the Inquisitors. |

Second Sister (Trilla Suduri) |

Trilla survived the Jedi Purge but was later captured and tortured by th🎐e Empire. This turned her into an Inquisitor, and she acquired the title of Second Sister. However, deep inside her, the real Trilla remained, and it came out 🍌after Cal Kestis defeated her. But she was immediately slain by Vader. |

The Grand Inquisitor |

As the name suggests, The Grand Inquisitor is the group's leader. He, too, was a Jedi who grew to distrust and hate the Order. This stemmed from the fact that they didn't fully trust him or allow him to study everything in the Jedi Archives. After the purge, he was recruited by the Emperor and later put in charge of the Inquisitors. |
There are a few more Inquisitors that are briefly mentioned in Star Wars works, such as the dead Inquisitor in Crimson Climb. They're so inconsequential that they aren't included in the table.
