  • Stardew Valley 1.6 update might not be the final one, as ConcernedApe has many unimplemented ideas.
  • He adds that it would be "foolish" to rule out ever returning to the game.
  • After dropping the new patch, he will "try" to take a break at least.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Stardew Valley is close to getting its "final" update, but it might not be that final after all. The game's creator, ConcernedApe - real name Eric Barone - says he has so many ideas for Stardew Valley that he could work on it "forever".

This comes from an interview with , in which Barone reveals that some of the ideas he's had for the game since before its launch still haven't been implemented. With this in mind, he admits that patch 1.6 might not be the last update after all and that it would be "foolish" to rule out future support.

Stardew Valley Update 1.6 Isn't The End

Stardew Valley Update 1.6

"Nothing is planned but I'm not going to say the book is closed," says Barone, on the topic of updates beyond patch 1.6. "I don't make big plans. I like to just see what happens. I don't want to be locked down. I don't know how I'll be feeling."

He admits that he'll "try" to take a break after the patch drops, and then resume work on 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Haunted Chocolatier. But even then, 🐼he still has unfinished busineꦗss with Stardew Valley.

"I feel like I could keep working on the game forever, every aspect of the game could be enriched," says Barone. "But I've now spent 12 years working on this so at some point you have to move on or focus on something new."

This isn't too surprising to hear. Just last month, Barone admitted that he's "struggling" to put Stardew Valley behind him. With so many ideas still not realised, that makes sense. Still, as he points out here, he has to move on ev🔴entually, particularl꧟y when he has another game in the works.

At the very least, Barone has also shared that he doesn't feel pressured to get Haunted Chocolatier out the door anytime soon. He's also aware that it will likely have a huge following from the get-go, as opposed to the more surprising success of Stardew Valley when it first launched in 2016. Hopefully, that translates into a manageable workload for the developer, who has been juggling ongoing support for Stardew Valley alongside Haunted Chocolatier work for several years now.
