Stardew Valley’s console multiplayer update is coming j✅u🐻st after “a few fixes.”
Last August, Stardew Valley finally received 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:multiplayer for up to 4 players. Players could all pitch in to help out on the farm, or just let one person do the farming while everyone else went to go mining or fishing or to learn magic from a traveling wizard. You know, typical Stardew Valley things.
That multiplayer update was just for PC players though. Nintendo Switch received the update in December, but PlayStationꦓ 4 and Xbox One? They had to go through certification, and that can take time. Especially if it’s just one guy doing all the work to fix the bugs on both systems.
Which is exactly what goes on with Stardew. Eric Barone, also known as ConcernedApe on Twitter, said back in April that a few “” had delayed the release of multiplayer for the non-Nintendo ꦓconsoles. That roadblock apparently was quite a big one since we still don’t have multiplayer 💟on Xbox One or PS4.
However, the long wait might finally be coming to an end. ConcernedApe took to Twitter again on Tuesday to assure everyone that the long-awaited multiplayer update is most༺ de♊finitely coming and that there are “just a few fixes” left before it can finally release.
In addition to console multiplayer, Barone is working on the hotly anticipated follow-up to Stardew’s multiplayer, which will r♏elease with update 1.4. Included in the update will be a variety of quality of life improvements as well as new content including a new Four Corners map which is “perfect for the much requested ‘separate money’ option in multiplayer.”
Barone also mentioned in a recent reply that dino eggs 💛will finally dro🐠p on console with the 1.4 update. A bug for PS4 and Xbox One players made dino eggs far rarer than they should be, but ConcernedApe says that will soon be fixed along with an added "."
We’re still waiting on a more specific release schedule, but Stardew fans know to be patient. After all, it’s just one gu🌠y making this thin🌜g.
