Indeed, upon your first visit to the Lodge - the headquarters of Constellation, the organization you join early on - there is a spacesuit that will♒ triumph steadily over anything else you'll find for dozens of hours to come. Here's where it is.
The Mark One Spacesuit Location
Head to the Lodge. On your way in through the front door, hang a quick right downstairs into the basement, and navigate your way to the far reaches of this little maze of practical space. If you haven't checked this place out before, it's a good idea to come back; there's access to all sorts of research and modification stations, plus it's just got a nice, cozy vibe, you know?
But we're not here for cozy. We're here for gear. Navigate to the small room at a far corner, where you will see a mannequin wearing a spacesuit behind glass. It's right beside some old mirrors. Here's the thing. The glass display is fitted with a master lock, so getting this great suit will take quite some time,🐼 even if you ♛remember it's here later on.
But, at least as of this writing (who knows if it gets patched later on), there is a small crack in the display where hovering your cursor actually switches from the lock to a prompt to open the case without unlocking it. Slide your cursor ൲down the edge where it's apparent the two panes of glass meet at the lock, and you'll bump into it soon enough.
Pretty wild stuff. The Mark One Spacesuit has some incredible stats, including 120 Physical, 136 Energy, and 128 EM Protection. Have fun being overpowered!
