Once you are done with the briefing, head to the location of the rival operative. The identity and location of the operative will change depending on 🐼your actions in the first factio❀n mission, ‘Back to the Grind.’

The waypoint in this mission can get glitched if you have to eliminate Tomo Higashi in Neon, and your pointer will ask you to get to the Sky Suite ൩in Neon, a restricted section.

To fix this bug, either go to the Ebbside in Neon or leave the planet and land back at Neon to see if the waypoint resets.

How To Deal With The Rival Operative In Managing Assets

As soon as you reach the rival operative’s location, you can then complete the quest in one of three ways:

1. Attack the operatives and kill them.
2. Ask them to disappear and lie to Dalton about the assignment.
