How To Get The Silent Runner
The Silent Runner is sold at HopeTech Astroneering, Hopetech's primary base of manufacturing operations in the galaxy. You'll find the factory in the settlement of Hopetown on the planet Polvo of the Valo star system.
Hopetech Astroneering is found a short walk north from the Hopetown spaceport and past the Best Defense gun store. Head over to sales found to the right of the HopeTech Astroneering entrance foyer, and select the "Let me see what ships you're selling" dialogue option while speaking to Inaya Rehman at the counter.
The Silent Runner's cost will vary from player to player due to factors like your level and Commerce skill proficiency. Be ready to part with just under 4,000,00 Credits. Is The Silent Runner Effective In Combat?

The Silent Runner comes equipped with two particle Disruptor 3340A Auto Alpha Turrets bolted in the middle of the ship that cover both the starboard and port of the ship. These particle weapons rotate and aim independently of the ship's orientation and do not require pilot input to fire. They will autonomously fire at locked targets.
Once the attacking ship shields have been disabled, you'll be able to make use of the CE-49 Missile Launcher, requiring only three reactor power for maximum DPS. The CE-49 Missile Launcher strikes hard with the devastating effect of 100 damage.
