After landing on a planet that has Titanium, you simply need to explore the surface looking for deposits. As with other metals, these will be small rocky structures that you must harvest with a Cutter.

Use your Scanner to identify rocks from afar - you'll be able to tell whether or not a harvestable mineral is Titanium from quite a distance.

These planets will also have large deposits of Titanium hidden underground. These can only be accessed through the use of Extractors, which can only be built near Outposts, so you'll need to first build an Outpost near your desired mining area.

You can use your Scanner to find these underground deposits, too - you'll be able to tell where they are by the colouration of the ground - the surface above a Titanium deposit will be a steely grey colour.
