The Wolf System's well within your initial lightyear traversal range, too. From the Alpha Centauri System, simply look a little 'southeast' to one of the unnamed white stars, and you're sure to spot it. Once you're in System Map View, hover over the location note next to the smaller of the two planets, and you should see 'The Den' light up.
Set a course, and dock when you're within 500 meters - you know, the usual procedures. As soon as you're aboard, take a few steps forward, and then hang a left as quickly as you can. You'll find a Trade Authority vendor there. In other words, you can now reach a Trade Authority merchant in 30 seconds or so between fast traveling and his proximity to your ship's hatch. Nice.
