Today, Steam rolled out a new feature called Steam News Hub. Steam users now have access to a curated feed of news, reviews, videos, and more. While the news h🅺ub is not yet ready for a full launch, you can now follow pages and stay up to date on all your favorite games directly from the Steam app or website. Here's how to add TheGamer to your Steam News Hub.
First things first: following TheGamer tak☂es just one click: visit and click on the green Follow button. As long as you're logged in, you'll be instantly added to the follower list for our Steam page. After that, there are a couple of different ways to access the Steam Ne♛ws Hub, and the types of stories you see will changed based on what you look for.
To see your curated news hub in its entirety, hover over Store in the Steam app and click on News in the drop 🎉down menu. From there, you'll see a banner at the top page that says "Click here to try out the new Steam News Hub." If you'd prefer the web version, you can .
On the news hub you'll see a feed of new stories for all the games you own or follow. If you haven't already followed TheGamer at this point you can search for usﷺ in the search bar on the left and follow us that way.
The Steam News Hub is a great source of information and ๊content from lots of different gaming outlets and curators, but it can also be more information than you need. Soon, the news hub will be integrated into the news tab on the community hub for each individual game. For now, the best way to see the feed is by looking at the Steam News Hub and searching for individual games or sources.
The new hub is fully customizable. You can add or remove ❀curators, filter your feed by upcoming events, and even restrict the feed to only show news about recently played games. It's a great tool for staying up to date on all your favorite games.
