The fight against the Unidentified Naytiba is a tough one, asking you to perform several defensive techniques in quick succession and demanding expert timing in order to perform parries. After defeating the boss, you'll be treated to additional plot revelations about the Human-Naytibaﷺ conflict.

How To Defeat The Unidentified Naytiba

Unidentified Naytiba boss fight in Stellar Blade.

Notable Attacks

Description

Blockable?

Claw Slashes

The Uniꦦdentified Naytiba swings at you with its clawed hands.

Yes and no. Almﷺost all the claw swipes are blockable, but certain combo enders require using Blink or dodging.

Bird Summons

The Unidentified Naytiba will create small pools of sludge on 💞the ground, from which a swarm of birds will emerge.

No, and you 𝓰will need to dodge twice to avoid both hits.

Bird Shields

The Unidentified Naytiba will summon swarms of birds that will f꧑orm small circles, then send them at you as projectiles.

No.

One of the most prominent parts of the Unidentified Naytiba's design is its claws, and it puts them to good use in your fight. A majority of its attacks involve slashing at you, so 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:try your best to parry or block. The most common animation set will begin with a red flash, letting you know a flurry of strike🍌s is about to begin.

An enemy flashing red usually means you can farm parries, but this Naytiba throws in a few different attacks that you need to look out for. One variation of this combo ends with an unblockable attack, and another requires the use of Blink. Holding block can be a good strategy, but be prepared to dodge at the end of the sequence if you need to.

At this point, the Naytiba may employ two🌜 unblockable techniques, both involving birds.

It will create a pool of black sludge directly underneath your feet. If you don't dodge, a flock of birds will emerge and strike you. It also uses birds to form shields around itself, which it will then shoot at you. These are very telegraphed, and can be avoided rather easily.

Unidentified Naytiba's second form in Stellar Blade.

The first portion of the fight may seem quite manageable, but that's only because the second phase starts incredibly quickly. After taking just a sliver of its health, the Unidentified Naytiba rises into the air and becomes engulfed in black sludge, adding new tactics to its move pool.

These new moves all revolve around the creature's aerial mobility. The first is an unblockable attack where it ascends before trying to violently land on you. The other introduces projectiles into the equation, firing beams of light at you. Make sure to dodge away from the Naytiba before following up with Beta and Burst skills during recovery animations.

At this point, the timing of claw-based attacks becomes much more varied than it was previously, with some strikes coming fast and furious, and others having large gaps in between them. Observe the changing attack patterns until you understand them, then attempt to integrate paꦏrries back intꦓo your combat strategy.

This isn't the only curveball the Unidentified Naytiba throws at you; it demands you perform multiple defensive techniques back-to-back.

For example, there are certain attack patterns the boss uses that end with a Blink opportunity. After you Blink successfully, it won't be stunned, and you'll need to perform another Blink to dodge its next strike, after which you'll be able to counterattack as you normally would.

There's another version of this situation where after you Blink, you'll need to perform a Repulse. The best way to handle this mix-up is to wait for the Naytiba to show its hand before committing to one of your defensive 🐓options.

Neutralizing an insta-kill attack in Stellar Blade.

After taking about a third of its health, the game will introduce insta-kill skills. The Unidentified Naytiba rises into the air and conjures balls of light. You must shoot and destroy all these balls, or you will be immediately killed. It won't be too easy though, because you'll have to dodg🔥e the projectiles being sent at you.

The best way to handle this situation is to cycle between shooting and dodging. If you notice projectiles coming at you, dodge all of them before continuing your assault. Do your best to conserve ammo; each ball only takes a few shots to pop.

After freeing yourself from the menace of the insta-kill attack, the Unidentified Naytiba will fall to the ground with its Balance shattered, allowing you to perform a free Retribution.

Unidentified Naytiba's third form in Stellar Blade.

After reaching the final third of its health bar, the creature will transform again, 🐠puls🐬ing gold and adding two more wings to its appearance.

Not only does it look more menacing, but its attacks will become more dangerous too. It will surround itself with unblockable bird shields, 🎃forcing you to dodge around them in order to close the distance between you.

Claw slash attacks are at their most aggressive at this point, with extremely little margin for error if you attempt a parry. It's recommended that you forgo them, and instead choose to go on the offensive. They won't help you much now, especially with the boss on its last legs.

After draining the Unidentified Naytiba's health bar, press L1 during the ending cutscene to vanquish it for good, a꧑nd get more answers about its true nature.
