The Megalodon fight in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Stranded Deep is one of the most challenging encounters in the game. Preparation is key, not ♔only because the boss fight is hard, but because you have to travel quit๊e far to even find the Meg.
If yಌou can look past some of the glitchiness of the Meg fight (if you know, you know) then it's also one of the most intense fights in the game. Here are some tips to help you get over that fear of the ocean and how to eventually defeat Meg.
7 Things You Need To Know About The Meg ไ
The Meg is an endgame boss in Stranded Deep. It spawns randomly on the map, and there is only ever one per world. A player might spot it while o👍ut exploring various islands, so you should༺ make a mental note of where you saw it.
In terms of the fight, the Meg can inflict bleeding, drag the player underwater, and also leap out of the water to get you. It's a difficult fight, and it pays to be prepared. Once killed you will unlock two recipes: the Meg trophy, and the aircraft rudder part.
6 ♑ A Small Raft Is Better 💞
Heading out onto the open ocean on the hunt for an enormous shark while standing on a wobbly raft might sound♕ like a nightmare to some, but it's what needs to be done.
In fact, the smaller the raft the better: you want to prepare a smaller raft, like a 3x3. This is because the Meg will leap out of the water and try to take a chunk out of you. The smaller the raft, the harder it is for the shark to hit y♐ou.
5 Bring Supplies 𝔍 🃏
Even though you're on a small raft, you need some space for supplies. Gear up with some shelves and containers and fill them with everything you need for the Megalodon fight. Food, water, and medicine are crucial. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Water in particular is important.
This includes extra spears (more on those in a second), some bandages in case the Meg manages to get a nibble of you, some food for restorin♛g your hunger or thirst, and some arrows if you opt to use a s😼peargun during the fight. Fuel will be necessary if your raft is engine-operated.
4 ♌ 🍷 What You Need To Take With You
The Megalodon fight is a 💦difficult one. You need to be prepared with🙈 the right items. Here's a rundown of what you should take with you to the fight:
- Bandages - At least four of these, though you can use medical gauze as well.
- Speargun or Spears - Either will do, you will want over 20 speargun arrows or spears regardless of which method you use. You could mix and match these two fighting strategies.
- Food - Fighting a massive shark is tiring work, so you will need food to replenish your hunger and thirst bar. Kura Fruit is a great option that will replenish both these bars, saving you time and inventory space during the fight.
- Refined Spears - These are the best option, they deal the most damage to the Meg.
- Aloe Salve - It's always a good idea to be prepared in Stranded Deep. Aloe Salve will protect you from the effects of Sunstroke if you happen to experience them while out at sea.
- Antidote - The island you will use as a base before the Meg fight might have snakes on. It's a nightmare to travel all the way back if you didn't bring Antidote with you.
3 Set Up A Base On A Nearby Island 🐭
This isn't 100 percent necessary, but having an extra bit of security can't hurt. If you do need to retreat from the fight or head back to pick up extra supplies, a small outpost nearby is a great idea. Having a 🐬base nearby saves you the e𝔉ffort of going all the way back to your home island.
However, bringing all those materials will require a bigger raft than the one you use for the Meg fight. You might need to make an extra trip with a larger raft. Make sure to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:b😼ring the🐼 materials to craft a campfire.
2 Keep Moving During The F🗹ight
The fight with the Meg is all about staying mobile. Diving into the water with your spear is likely a death sentence. It's much better to stay aboard your agile raft and maneuver in wide cir🐈cles around the shark.
Even while you keep moving, the Meg attacks in pretty unpredictable patterns. Each time you hit the shark with a spear it will receive a small speed boost (sometimes glitching 💮and teleporting, although it's a lot better than it used to be) which can make it difficult to escape its teeth.
1 Bandages Are Your Frie༒nd 💛
By far the most deadly aspect of the Meg fight is the bleed damage. This can ruin you pretty quickly, so you will need a good stock of bandages. Heal up ꦉas soon as you are attacked, or that bleed damage will stack up fast.
There will be breaks i🏅n the fight where you get a chance to bandage up. Medical gauze works just as well.
