The Strong is a historical museum centered on the history and evolution of play throughout human history. This includes historical first and second-hand accounts of games, electronic games, and toys. The museum also offers 🍸educational activities and an early childhood education program that leverages the principle of play to facilitate learning.
Criteria For Video Game Hall Of Fame
Any video game 💦can be nominated, whether it's on console, mobile, PC, arcade, handheld, and so on. However, in order for a game to be considered for The World Video Game Hall of Fame, it has to have a lasting legacy. Without one, the nomination will be forfeit.
Other criteria include:
- Icon-status: The game is widely recognizable
- Longevity: The game has been played and enjoyed over a long period of time
- Geographical reach: The game has held the same status as in the criteria above across the globe.
The nominated game doesn't have to fit into all of the above criteria, but the more of them it fits into,🐼 the higher its chances of being inducted to the Hall of Fame.
