The first in-engine trailer for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been showcased at DC Fa🥀nDome 2021.

Although the trailer didn't show off any actual gameplay from Kill the Justice League, it did showcase more members of the League and showed several new scenes from the game, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:rather than the CG trailer we received last yea🔯r.

The trailer opened by showing Amanda Waller recruiting Harley Quinn, King Shark, Deadshot, and Captain Boomerang into the Suicide Squad, in an opening that is reminiscent of Batman Arkham Asyl⛄um. The Squad is then let loose on a Metropolis that has been invaded by Brainiac.

One of the key points of the game, which should be obvious from the title, is that the Justice League are possessed by Brainiac and need to be taken down. This trailer reveals more of them including Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, John Stewart's Green Lantern, and a figure who could either have been Red Hood or the Arkham Knight. The Batmobile was also shown during the footage, which could imply some sort of appearance from members of the Bat-family.

It's especially interesting to see the Justice League, as this is a continuation of Rocksteady's Arkham-verse. That means that all of these iterations of the characters are in line with the Batman we saw over the Arkham trilogy. Rocksteady has gone for John Stewart over Hal Jordan, which is one of the better decisions it has ever made. It's still not clear how the Suicide Squad is planning to go up against any of the Justice League, however.

Although it's hard to tell without any kind of gameplay footage, it looks like most of the enemies in the game will be Brainiac's forces, with no human enemies shown. We'll have to wait a bit longer to see it in action for real.

The trailer ended by revealing that Kill the Justice League is still slated for 2022, which might come as a surprise to some considering how many big game delays we've seen over the past year.
