At the time of this writing, there are three bosses that players can add to their dungeons, detailed further below. They continue to add more bosses, and there's no sign we've seen the last of them yet, so keep your eyes peeled.

How To Add A Boss To Your Dungeon

Super Dungeon Maker - bosses

The three bosses that can be chosen in-game are the Wormion, Grubtus, and the Power Plant. They're all powerful enemies who will give your player a run for their money.

Grubtus

Power Plant

Ext🍎ends and shrinks the length of its body 🃏as it fights and attacks at blistering speeds.

Burrows into the ground to hide, then leaps out at you while♛ throwing rocks.

H💦ard and slow hitter who makes the ground shake and th🅷rows a trident at you.

You can add them into your dungeon just like any other monster. Select them from the Monster menu, which we discuss in detail in our guide on the game's enemies.

Super Dungeon Maker - the wormion building mode

No matter which one you choose, in the building mode, you'll notice that the boss has three numbers above it. That's because they have "boss phases:" once you reduc꧙e its health enough, it goes into the second phase, then the third. Each phas♛e makes the boss even more powerful.

However, there are numbers attached to each phase because each phase can trigger certain things to happen in the environment. We go into detail on how these event triggers💖 and event fields work in our article about doors and switches. Basically, you can have things appear or disappear depending on what phase of the battle the boss is in! In the above example, there are two enemies that have 'adding' event fields on them with the number 4. Since the Wormion's second phase is also tied to the number 4, those enemies will appear when the second phase starts!
