Lego has revealed what's hidden inside its giant question block. An ode to Super Mario 64 featuring elaborate builds of some of the game's worlds.
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Lego launched its very firs𝔍t Super Mario set a little more than a year ago, adding various expansions and even 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:an accompanying Luigi set since then. Lego then teased what appeared to be something big earlier this year. A short clip showing 𝓡a rather sizable quest🌄ion block, with no clues as to what might be inside.
The contents of the block have now been revealed, and the sheer size of the block now makes complete sense. Inside is a Lego tribute to Super Mario 64, 25 years on from the iconic game's release on Nintendo 64. The set features four different levels from the game, as well as micro figures that you can place within those levels.
The four levels that have been transformed into Lego for this elaborate, 2000+ piece set are Peach’s Castle, Bob-omb Battlefield, Cool, Cool Mountain, and Lethal Lava Trouble. Peach is being immortalized in Lego for the first time and is one of the mini-figures that comes with the set. There's also a mini Mario, King Bob-Omb, Chain Chomp, Penguin, and Baby Penguin. Yes, that's right, you will soon be able to drop Baby Penguin off the side of a mountain via a whole new medium.
As for when you will be able to rescue Lego Peach, and torment Mario's Lego penguins, the wait is not a long one at all. The question block set will be available exclusively in Lego stores from October 1, 2021, and cost $169.99. It will also be available in other retailers at some point in 2022.
If you own other Lego Mario sets, the figures will be compatible with the Super Mario 64 set and include new noises and interactions lifted directly from the game. There are even stars hidden around the levels for you to find, just like there are in the game. If you're struggling to find them, hints as to where the stars are hidden can be found in the set's building instructions.
