Typically, the faded images in the back are just for decor, but this level brings them to the focus, or rather brings you to the background. This makes collecting the 10-flower coins and the wonder seed🦩s a tad more difficult than the first level.
All Flower Coins In Piranha Plants On Parade
Collecting all of the flower coins in Piranha Plants on Parade will require Mario to do some foreground and background hopping.
First 10-Flower Coin
The first 10-flower coin in Piranha Plants On Parade is visible before you take a single step...but you cannot grab it from where you are. Instead, navigate to the right until you reach a red pipe. Hold down when you are standing on it to travel to the background.
In the background, go back to the left until you reach the 10-flower coin.
Second 10-Flower Coin
The second 10-flower coin is placed very soon after the original red pipe. Move to the right and along the note blocks, and you will run straight into it.
Third 10-Flower Coin
Continue traveling right, passing the midway flag and the wonder flower. The third 10-flower coin will be near the ceiling, just underneath the piranha plants running across it.
All Wonder Seeds In Piranha Plants On Parade
Unlike Welcome to Flower Kingdom, Piranha Plants on Parade has a total of three wonder seeds for you to discover, requiring you to complete the level twice to collect them all.
First Wonder Seed
The first wonder seed can be collected at the end of the parade route that is a part of the wonder effect activated by the wonder flower. The wonder flower is located just after the halfway point of the level.
Once you activate the wonder effect, follow the level to the right until the camera stops moving. After the piranha plants finish their tune, the wonder seed will spawn in the top right corner.
Second Wonder Seed
The second wonder seed is rewarded to you for completing the level through the default exit. Simply reach the end of the level to collect it!
Third Wonder Seed
The third and final wonder seed in Piranha Plants On Parade is through the secret exit. Once you finish the level once, play through the level again and return to the parade route.
Let the piranha plants finish singing and use the note blocks on the right to gain enough jump height to make it on top of the diagonal pipe above you.
From here, jump up top and run to the left until you enter a red pipe. You will exit in the foreground of the level. Run to the right, pass♉ing the original exit flagpole, and go down the green pipe to return to the main level.
Now all that is left to do is finish the level... again!
