Pokemon is one of the few Nintendo franchises lucky enough to have been represented in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Smash Bros. series since its debut on the N64 in 1ܫ999. Pikachu was one of the or🍬iginal fighters in the game, while Jigglypuff was one of four unlockable characters alongside Luigi, Ness, and Captain Falcon.

Many others have joined Pikachu and Jigglypuff as fighters over the years. Out of the eighty-nine playable characters in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, ten of them come from the world of Pokemon. Each one has its strengths and weaknesses that suit a variety of playstyles. While they all have unique abilities worth mastering, some are consi🐈stently more reliaꩵble in battles than others.

10 Squirtle - The Tiny Turtle 🐲

Squirtle loses his balance on Pokemon Stadium stage

Squirtle is one of three Pokemon available if you select Pokemon Trainer as your fighter. Its small size makes it one of the faster Pokemon to control, and its speedy attacks allow you to damage an enemy relentlessly. Squirtle 𒅌also has amazing recovery and edgeguarding moves🤪.

While Squirtle is great for attacking and avoiding damage, it 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:relies on the support of Pokemon Trainer's other party members to be effective. The turtle is great for stacking damage on opponents but doesn't have the power necessary to knock them far off the stage. Squirtle's small size is one of its best features but also makes it incredibly vulnerable to powerful attacks from characters like Bowser or Ridley.

9 ෴ Incineroar - The Heel ꦡ

Incineroar prepares to throw another Incineroar on the Punch-Out! stage

Incineroar is the newest Pokemon to join the roster and the collaboration couldn't be more perfect. Incineroar is a Pokemon that loves professional wrestling. If you're a fan of heavy characters with powerful attacks, Incineroar could be a perfect match for your playstyle.

Great power often comes with a cost though. As a wrestling fan, Incineroar knows how to play to the audience and will pose after every successful smash attack. Many of its attacks take time to use and are very predictable. If you can get around this heavyweight's constant showboating, many of Incineroar's attacks will leave your opponents against the ropes.

8 ꦇ 🌞 Jigglypuff - The Balloon

Jigglypuff rolls over Captain Falcon on the Battlefield stage

If you have ever watched competitive Super Smash Bros. Melee tournaments, chances are you have seen Jigglypuff in action. Its Rest move is one of the most powerful in the game, launching enemies offscreen instantly if timed pro𓆉perly. It also has the ability to mid-ai🗹r jump five times, giving it one of the best recoveries as well.

As one of the lightest characters in the game, it doesn't take much to send this Pokemon flying off of the stage. Its Rest move is certainly powerful, but Jigglypuff's other attacks have a short-range and low damage output. Jigglypuff shines when using aerial attacks, but will have trouble against most of the other characters in the roster.

7 👍 Greninja - The Ninja 🎐

Greninja calms itself on the Pokemon Stadium stage while Bowser stares at it

If you have a need for speed, Greninja's ninja-influenced moveset offers a plethora of attacks that can take out enemies before they see it coming. As one of the fastest characters, Greninja can traverse across any stage with ease, both creating and closing gaps between opponents.

Greninja's ability to quickly attack and get away from enemies is handy, but it comes at the cost of low damage output. If you can learn how to combo its attacks effectively this shouldn't be an issue, but Greninja is also incredibly vulnerable if caught sneaking around. Using its shurikens and shadow attacks will make you feel like a ninja, an essential mindset for success as Greninja.

6 Pi༺chu - The Tiny Mouse

Pichu prepares to attack Mewtwo on Prism Tower stage

Pichu is the lightest character in the game, and can quickly dash either towards or away from opponents in a heartbeat. As long as you can avoid taking damage and dodge incoming smash attacks, Pichu is excellꦗent for stacking damage on a foe before launching them off-stage.

As a younger version of Pikachu, Pichu hasn't had time to learn how to control its electrical powers. Due to this, Pichu can output more damage than its evolved form at the cost of hurting itself. Every time Pichu uses an attack that requires electricity it receives a small amount of recoil damage. If you plan your attacks wisely, you should be able to take out enemies before taking yourself out.

5 🎃 Ivysaur - The Seed

Ivysaur holds Jigglypuff in its vines on Pokemon Stadium stage

Unlike Squirtle, Ivysaur is one of Pokemon Trainers' party members that can effectively start and end a fight on its own. While it has average speed and jumping stats, this Pokemon makes up for it with a variety of ranged attacks that can take out enemies around you. Ivysaur is one of the best characters in the game for dealing damage while keeping a distance.

Ivysaur is also a major threat in the air. Many of its aerial attacks have excellent range while also offering enough power to knock anyone out. The🏅 only thing to be conscious of while playing as Ivysaur is its poor recovery and vulnerability if a foe gets too close. As long as you keep your distance, Ivysaur is an excellent character for trapping opponents, throwing them off the stage, and making it very difficult for them to return safely.

4 Lucario - The Aura Mast✨er

Lucario poses before attacking on Umbra Clock Tower stage

Lucario has one of the most unique powers in all of Super Smash Bros. While its base stats are fairl♑y average, Lucario is the only character to have the Aura ability. The more damage that it has received, the more powerful its attacks become. If you enjoy a good comeback story, Lucario can turn the tables of battle in a heartbeat if used correctly.

All of Lucario's special attacks are affected by the Aura ability either by increasing their power or range. As great as this is, it does make it difficult to execute a plan because of Lucario's inconsistent power. The range of damage any attack can deal at any point is hard to predict, but fortunately the blue flames on the character help indicate how strong its attacks will be.

3 🐠 Charizard - The Flame

Charizard prepares to bite Lucario on Pokemon Stadium stage

If Squirtle and Ivysaur don't feel like the right fit for you, maybe it's time to withdraw them and release Pokemon Trainer's strongest ally. While Charizard doesn't have Squirtle's speed or Ivysaur's range it does make up for it with spectacular power. Charizard can easily KO enemies after only a few hits, and can even damage itself with its powerful Flare Blitz attack.

Not only is Charizard one of the most powerful characters in the game, but it also has great recovery for a heavyweight fighter due to its wings. Like Incineroar, Charizard's powerful attacks take a moment to charge and can be easy for your opponent to predict. Charizard is great to play as, and if you can master all of Pokemon Trainer's potential you should be ready for any upcoming battles.

2 💛 🐎 Mewtwo - The Powerful Clone

Mewtwo floats in the night sky in the Midgar stage

At one point considered the strongest Pokemon ever, Mewtwo's psychic abilities also make him an amazing fighter in Smash Bros. Despite its size, Mewtwo is actually a lightweight with amazing mobility. Its speed, power and range make it one of the most formidable characters to face or play as.

Mewtwo works best if you attack opponents from a distance. Its tail allows you strike enemies down from the air, while powerful psychic attacks can be used to stun or confuse them. You can easily teleport around the stage to sneak around, but be careful if you get caught. Mewtwo's light weight also makes it incredibly easy to send flying off the stage.

1 𒉰💦 Pikachu - The Electric Mouse

Pikachu Libre waves hello from Saffron City

Not only is Pikachu the best Pokemon fighter, but it's also one of the best fighters in the entire game. Despite its short range and vulnerability, Pikachu is able to compensate with its speed, small hurtbox, and jump height. It will have any foe blasting off again with its shocking attacks, and easily has one of the best recovery moves in the series.

Pikachu can be lethal from either the ground or air, using relentless combos to take out another fighter before they can retaliate. Using its Thunder move while enemies try and recover can easily diminish their chances for safety. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pikachu is surprisingly fierce behind its adorable aesthetic, and enemies should quiver in their boots when they heꦅar you say "Pikachu, I choose you!"
