Not all Final Smash attacks are created equal. Some are overpowered, some are incredibly bad, and many run the middle ground. Several characters have had their Final Smash change between the different games in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Smash Bros. series, and others have always been the same.

Being able to use a Final Smash properly is a great way to take down your opponents, but some Final Smashes just don't allow you to do much at all, except in very niche situations. Based on their usefulness, and their reputation in the Smash community, here are the best and worst Final Smash attacks in Ultimate.

10 🦋 Worst -🅺 Puff Up

Poor Jigglypuff. This small pink Poké𒅌mon has long been said to have one of the worst Final Smash attacks. Titled "Puff Up," this move causes Jigglypuff to grow slowly to an enormous size before yelling and then shrinking back to normal.

The problem with Puff Up is that it's very easy to avoid. Just stay out of the way, and you'll be safe🍌 until the animation ends. While it does have some knockback, it just isn't enough to be fatal in most cases. Many fans have joked about seeing 'puff's Final Smash changing to her singing and drawing on foe's faces with markers, like the Jigglypuff in the Pokémon anime.

9 Best -📖 Octopus

While Jigglypuff grows to an enormous size but is easy to avoid, the ever-underrated168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Mr. Game & Watch is the complete opposite. The two-dimensional guy turns into a giant octopus and moves across the screen. The tentacles can 🍷grab foes and carry them into the blast zone for an easy kill (or two, or three).

Unlike Puff Up, G & W's Octopus is hard to avoid and moves quickly. It doesn't need great knockback, becausꦫe it just pushes enemies to their deaths or carries them off the scre꧂en completely.

8 ♏ 🤪 Worst - Mario Finale

Often considered one of the worst Final Smashes in series history, Mario's "Mario Finale" is just bad. It's one of many Final Smash attacks that🐬 places the character on one side of the screen with something blasting horizontally and pushing opponents.

Mario shoots a series of fireballs across the stage in his version of this (Dr. Mario's is the same but with large pills). The attack just doesn't do much damage, has very weak knockback, and can be avoided with a few well-timed jumps. Some have said that Mario should transform into a T-Rex instead, like in168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Mario Odyssey.

7 🧔 Best - Dark Pit Staff

Zelda and Sheik had their Light Arrow Final Smash removed in Ultimate and replaced with separate attacks. However, the Light Arrow lives on somewhat through Dark Pit, whose Final Smash is basically the same thing. Dark Pit takes out a Staff (a gun-like weapon from the Kid Icarus series) and shoots a horizontal beam.

The shot is incredibly deadly and often kills anyone caught in its path. It has a decreasing damage counter for each enemy it passes through, but th♍at often doesꦓn't matter, as the knockback is severe.

6 🤪 Worst - Aura Stormཧ

Returning from Brawl is Lucario's old Final Smash that was removed in Smash 4, Aura Storm. Lucario flies to the top of the screen and shoots out a harsh beam of Aura. This beam can then be slowly moved left and right to track down o▨pponents who are trying to avoid it.

Unfortunately, it can't be moved very quickly. It's very easy for oppo𝐆nents to just jump then use their Up+Special. If this move lasted just a second or two 𓄧longer, it could be much better, but it usually finishes before the other person falls back to the stage.

5 Best ꦗ- Peach Blossoꦦm/Daisy Blossom

This is easily the most controversial entry on this list. Many people absolutely hate this Final Smash and say it's the worst one in the game. Others are aware of its complete overpowered nature in most contexts. Peach's Final Smash since Brawl168澳洲幸运5开奖网: (and now Daisy's, too), this move is incredibly pow🥂e🔴rful when used properly.

Not only does it put all opponents caught 🔜in it to sleep, b🎶ut it makes them take a good amount of damage and gives Peach/Daisy some healing items. The princesses basically get a free smash attack on an opponent and get to heal around 60 percent of their damage.

4 Worst - PK Starstorm ꦯ

Ness and Lucas share this Final Smash and have since Brawl. They🅘 jump to the top of the screen and rain down meteors/shooting stars that knock around anyone they hit. Like Lucario's, it can slowly be aimed left and right. Also like Lucario's, it's bad.

These meteors just move too slowly and are too-easily avoided. While Ness and Lucas' versions of t🅘his move vary slightly, with the better one depending on your playstyle, neither is great. They have niche uses, like many of the "worst" Final Smashes on this list, but all in all, they're just not amazing.

3 Best 🍃- Critical Hit 🔯

Lucina, Marth, and Roy all use their Critical Hit Final Smash, but Roy's is slightly different. Marth and Lucina's version, however, is incredibly good. They sl☂ash forward and launch their sword into the opponents found in their path, launching them off t🗹he stage.

Part of what makes this move so good is the sheer force of the knockback. In almost every case, it's enough to one-hit knock out the opponent. The one downside that many cite 🌌for this move is that it launches Marth/Lucina into the blast zoജne if it misses, but it can actually be canceled, meaning this move is very overpowered.

2 ൩ ♕ Worst - Super Sonic

What a fall f✅rom grace Super Sonic has had. In Brawl, a good player could basically always kill with Sonic's Final Smash. Since then, however, the🍸 move has been nerfed heavily. Now, it's considered one of the worst in the game.

Super Sonic makes Sonic move quickly back and forth across the screen, knocking around anyone caught in the path. The problem is that it's nearly impossible to reliably catch anyoneജ in the path. Furthermore, 🔯the move ends very quickly before you can even begin to try and hit anyone with it. If you manage to, there's hardly any damage done or knockback issued. Maybe something would be better, but what?

1 Best - Trifﷺorce of Wisdom

ꩵOn the complete e🎉nd of the spectrum from Sonic is Princess Zelda's Final Smash, the Triforce of Wisdom. This attack is insanely good. It's almost impossible to avoid being pulled into it on most stages other than the largest ones due to its intense vacuum effect.

Any opponent over 100 percent damage is instantly KO'ed, and anyone under that threshold is launched out. However, the move itselᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚf does almost 70 percent, meaning there's a good chance the unlucky soul sucked into it is done for. The only downside to this move is that it only affects one person, but when a majority of Smash battles are probably 1v1, that's no problem.
